Tbh I've been kinda thinking about the last part for a while. Like, obviously it's wrong to fetishize minorities. However, no one seems to sexualize themselves as much as trans identified people. They have this entire basically subculture around fetish, and one of their whole things is "we're already seen as freaks so lets be freaky" or "tee hee I'm a perverted faggot" or the sheer amount of them posting nudes on here or Twitter, the sheer amount of them in pornagraphy, how they're overwhelmingly pro porn, BDSM, kink, etc. how they make up huge portions of paraphilia and "proshipping" communities, I could go on.

Like, I do genuinely feel bad for the ones who don't want to be sexualized that are genuinely sexualized, especially the children. Sorry, you're born trans? How, exactly? Do you think gender is biological? In that case I think you need to seriously have a deep internal conversation about biological essentialism. Do you think presentation or aesthetics are innate? You genuinely think gender is something that someone is born with rather than a learned identity/behavior? Lollll. Okay sure. What nonsense. Also, if you're "born trans," how is it even possible to detransition, change your gender identity, or desist? If your gender is something you're born with, how can you just change it? Are you also saying that other things people are born with like a sexuality can be changed on a whim? Do you apply this to other things like certain disabilities or one's sex or race? Why is this the only thing you can do that with? Also, if people are born trans, then how are there such decent amounts of detransitioners that admit to feeling as though they were convinced to be trans rather than it coming about naturally.

So, you think being trans is biologically immutable, something you're born with. Which implies two things: One, gender is biological or something you're born with, and two, that you're born with it but you can also change.

So point one is literally just biological essentialism. Y'know, the thing people (especially you lot) misuse all the time. No, your gender is not innate or biological. It is a learned social role that is enforced at varying degrees by society. Gender dysphoria is not something that just comes about for no reason.

Point two just opens the gate for conversion therapy or some rather horrific ideas about disabled people. I shouldn't need to explain why saying both "you're born trans" but also "you can change your gender" (a community wide sentiment) whilst simultaneously attaching yourself to the LGB is setting a very bad precedent.

We don't want you to "not exist," we want you to examine gender critically, hold your community accountable, and face actual material reality. None of those involve death.
