do you like grieving middle aged lesbians with questionable morals and a host of issues? you might want to try: writing with seashells version of agatha harkness. featured on lovehoned. please read rules. no character info available yet. follow or don't i don't have time for this just blast me you bitches.
hi yes. thoughts on me writing agatha harkness. i'd probably add her to my multi. i wouldn't be writing with anyone who uses a white person for a maximoff but agatha would be the mcu version. what do we think about this.
A. What nicknames do they get called?
There are so many nicknames we see canonically for Donna.
When she was young, she had the nickname 'the little general' because of how bossy she was. For awhile, she was known as the DoctorDonna, but that was not for DONNA, but Donna PLUS.
We see 'earth girl' used by the fourteenth Doctor, as well as the metacrisis Doctor.
Mostly, though, it's just 'Donna' in varying tones.
"Only going for a fifteen minute difference? My goodness you're a fiend," Chloe chuckles. "Do you want to watch a silly film?"
"is that not the game show rule? whoever goes closest without going over?" she grins, raises an eyebrow. "would i ever. please. do you have things for fancy drinks?"
"I'm not a betting person but I think we've got about two hours of quiet before one of them realises we're not even in the same house."
@isbrilliant // sc.
"two hours fifteen minutes, final offer." donna grins. "you were right, this was an excellent idea."
anyway i love and appreciate all of you thank you for being here still even though i disappeared for awhile feel free to reach out to me always.
sweetheart? god, she really must have two heads, or something. she shouldn't lay down, but it sounds really good right now. ❝ but the alien- ❞ the doctor hiccups & a burst of regeneration energy passes through her lips, staining the air between them golden for a moment before it dissapates.
finally, she stops fighting it & lays down, clutching her side. ❝ this is rubbish, ❞ comes the weak protest, eyes already drifting closed. ❝ tea is probably good- ❞ she likes tea, doesn't she? or, she did before. her tastebuds are in the process of changing. she might hate it any moment now.
"you are the alien," she grimaces. that's not true: she mentioned another alien. she? should she ask? donna should probably ask. does she realize that she, sort of - well. sort of looks like a woman? she knew it could happen; she just never saw it happen to the doctor before.
should you ask someone what their pronouns are as they're passing out because they recently died? no? yes?
"i'll make tea." she looks towards the kitchen and back, reluctant to leave her with the way she's clutching her side. "i'll be right back. don't do anything stupid, doctor, i swear to god."
and what if i reblogged some memes for y'all. what then.
have you tried being nice to them? / from donna at isbrilliant
MEME ; accepting. ( @isbrilliant )
❝ yes, actually. ❞ honestly- how does donna think he's made it this far? the doctor can be quite charming when he wants to be? ❝ they still didn't listen. so have you got any bright ideas? ❞
"yeah. have you tried being an unfathomable bitch?"
hello i've still been over on emily but i do miss My Girl

@isbrilliant said: ❛ don’t go out there . ❜ lin
“One of us has to go, and I'm the only one who'll survive the radiation.” Lin takes Donna's hands in her own. “It's all right. I'll be all right.” But it won't be her anymore, after this. Not really. If she can get to the console, enter the equation, and get back out again, she'll still die. Regenerate. And some new person will walk away. But she doesn't see what choice they have in the matter. If they don't do something, the whole station is bound to explode. “I need you to stay here. Pull the door closed behind me so nothing gets through.” Lin takes a deep breath, and releases Donna's hands. “Okay. I'm ready.”
"I see your mouth moving, but what I'm hearing is a lot of blah blah blah." Like she's a nineties teen in a film. She would've been great as a nineties girl in a film. "How many times am I going to let someone walk into a radiation chamber? 'Cause I let it happen once, and I can tell you, I'm not letting it happen again." It happened that time because she wasn't there. She wasn't there, and she is now. And she's not going to let it happen. "That's ridiculous. This is ridiculous. Figure something else out. You're a time lord, you have brain stems."
I replied to your message in my head several days ago did you not get it
@isbrilliant asked ❛ what a condescending bench . ❜
"Hm." The look in her eyes as she glares in the woman's direction is enough, but she knows better. An argument is not going to get them anywhere. She smiled at Donna, full of affection and a sense of knowing. "What was it that you wanted to buy again? Describe it to me. I'll handle it for you."
"It's fine," she says. "Really." But the look she's getting sets her chest on fire. The look on her face reminds Donna that she's loved. For a brief moment, her eyes burn. She's used to taking care of herself. It is not her first time as being seen as lesser than, for one reason or another. "The green dress," she says. "With the sleeves and the lace."
“Well, sometimes you've got to, yeah? To spare someone's feelings, or comfort someone you love. Or keep them safe.” The Doctor averts their gaze on that last one, not wanting to give themself away.
Hands tuck casually into the pockets of their culottes as the Doctor rocks back on their heels, yellow hair swaying with the tilt of their head.
“Well, it used to mean lady of the home, which was a title of respect in Italy. And I like that. The concept of home. It suits you.” They pause, then clear their throat. “I, er, assume—you being a mum, and all. Mums always feel like home.” Terrible save, Doctor.
"Very philosophical conversation we're having," she says, "but sure. Still, I try not to. Not with my daughter, at least. Suppose I lied about Santa Claus, and the Easter Bunny."
But lying feels wrong, because sometimes she looks into her Mum's eyes, or her Granddad's, and she gets the impression that the entire world is lying to her and she's the only one who doesn't know. It fades, usually, but it's not something she wants for Rose.
"I went to Italy once," she says, and then gets a blank look on her face. "I'm not sure why I said that. I don't think I did." She can picture Rome, sometimes. Has dreams of it. But she hasn't been there. She shrugs. "Not mine, most of my life."
can you come collect your freak of a man please. He’s doing things
Chloe couldn't stop herself from rolling her eyes, catching herself before shooting her friend an apologetic glance. "You know I didn't always live here, don't you? On Earth. It was physically impossible for you to look after me all the time." She gives her a little smile. "You never are useless, and I can always use an extra set of hands. Come on, this way."
"Yes," she says, with a raise of her brow. "I know that most of the people I know happen to come from another planet, or another galaxy, or another universe. Literally zero of it is a surprise anymore." The only person that would surprise her now is Shaun. That man is from Earth, and she'd put her life on it. (They managed to have a daughter together not entirely from Earth, but that's not really here nor there.) "Oh, I can be useless." She follows anyway.
