Eid Mubarak
Eid Mubarak every body. Have a blessed eid :) Don’t forget the Muslims in distress such as Muslims in Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan and Burma . Do keep on praying and hold on tight to good habits we have got from Ramadan
Politeness
My dear brothers n sisters ! Please bear in mind that ALLAH Loves us. Therefore , he has created a religion called Islam , which is a perfect balance of rituals along with act of behaving kindly with others. Many of us , who are apparently very practicing , are focused on rituals and rituals only. People are not happy after they talk with them. They tend to be rude and temperamental.
Please remember that kindness goes a long way. A little smile can do wonders and put things at ease. Leaves a good impression on the other person.
We say islam is the religion of peace but we do the contrary by being rude and hard to deal with, kind of person.
its ramadan. If we can make a plan to be nice n polite with others and stick to it, this will really help us for the rest of the year.
one of my all time favorites qiraat. Surah Al-qiyamah by Mishary
“Say, “O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.”
Quran (39:53)
The last moments of Khalid ibn Al-Waleed
A few days before his death, an old friend came to see Khalid at his bedside.
Khalid: “Do you see a space larger than the span of a hand on my leg which is not covered by some scar from a sword, arrow, or lance?”
The friend examined Khalid’s leg and confessed that he did not.
Khalid raised his right arm and then his left, for a similar examination and with similar results. Next he exposed his great chest, and here again the friend was met with a similar sight.

Our intentions and love of ALLAH
ALLAH has created us with his own hands and he doesnt want us to go in hell. Therefore, he has assigned big reward to little deeds. Smiling comes in the category of charity and charity is a rewarding act.
The intention of muslim is bigger than its action. Means that a little deed(such as removing an obstacle from road) , sometimes gain high value in eyes of ALLAH, depending upon sincerity and good intentions.
ALLAH says in Quraan,
Innamal A'amal U Bin Niyat
Every action is judged by intention
Scholars have said that if a person pray 2 rakah of salah, and intends to pray salat-ul-hajah (prayer for need), salat-ul-Taubah (prayer for repentence). He will be rewards for both of them in just 2 Rakah. SubhanALLAH, such an easy way to get more in less time.
ALLAH just loves us. We need to realize it before its too late.
Halloween: To say “hello” to it or not?
Islam is a complete way of life. Its wisdom is profound. What Islam prescribes and what it prohibits is always of tremendous benefit for humanity as a whole.
Every year, on the evening of October 31st, millions of children in the Western world paint their faces, dress up in costumes, and go door to door collecting treats. The adults often decorate their houses with ghostly figures, carve scary faces on pumpkins, and put candles in them to create “Jack-O-Lanterns.” Unfortunately, among the millions of people indulging in this custom, some are also Muslims.
ORIGINS
Halloween originated as the Eve of Samhain, a celebration marking the beginning of winter and the first day of the New Year among ancient pagans of the British Isles. On this occasion, it was believed that supernatural forces gathered together, that the barriers between the supernatural and human worlds were broken. They believed that spirits from other worlds (such as the souls of the dead) were able to visit earth during this time and roam about. They also believed that on October 31st, the lord of the dead gathered all the souls of the people who had died that year. The souls upon death would dwell in the body of an animal, then on this day the lord would announce what form they were to take for the next year.
When Christianity came to the British Isles, the church tried to take attention away from these pagan rituals by placing a Christian holiday on the same day. The Christian festival, the Feast of All Saints, acknowledges the saints of the Christian faith in much the same way that Samhain had paid tribute to the pagan gods. The customs of Samhain survived anyway, and eventually became intertwined with the Christian holiday. Through social networking, mass media, television etc this custom has become popular internationally.
ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE
In Islam any practice which does not have its origins in Divine Scripture and The Sunnah is totally prohibited. This applies to many Pagan practices such as Halloween, Valentine’s Day etc.
Virtually all Halloween traditions are based either in ancient pagan culture, or in Christianity. From an Islamic point of view, they all are forms of idolatry (shirk). As Muslims, our celebrations should be ones that honour and uphold our faith and beliefs. How can we worship only Allah, the Creator, if we participate in activities that are based in pagan rituals, divination, and the spirit world? Many people participate in these celebrations without even understanding the history and the pagan connections, just because their friends are doing it, their parents did it ("it's a tradition!"), and because "it's fun!"
So what can we do, when our children see others dressed up, eating candy, and going to parties? While it may be tempting to join in, we must be careful to preserve our own traditions and not allow our children to be corrupted by this seemingly "innocent" fun. When tempted, remember the pagan origins of these traditions, and ask Allah to give you strength. Save the celebration, the fun and games, for our 'Eid festivals. Children can still have their fun, and most importantly, should learn that we only acknowledge holidays that have a religious significance to us as Muslims. Holidays are not just excuses to binge and be reckless. In Islam, our holidays retain their religious importance, while allowing proper time for rejoicing, fun and games.
GUIDANCE FROM THE QURAN AND HADITH
Allah Ta’ala, The Most Wise says in the Qur’an :
"When it is said unto them, 'Come to what Allah has revealed, come to the Messenger,' they say, 'Enough for us are the ways we found our fathers following.' What! Even though their fathers were void of knowledge and guidance?" (Qur'an 5:104)
"Has not the time arrived for the believers, that their hearts in all humility should engage in the remembrance of Allah and of the Truth which has been revealed to them? That they should not become like those to whom was given the Book aforetime, but long ages passed over them and their hearts grew hard? For many among them are rebellious transgressors." (Qur'an 57:16)
“We have sent them the Truth, but they indeed practice falsehood” (Qur’an 23:10).
The Noble and Last Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) is reported to have said:
“Whoever imitates a nation is one of them!” (Hadith-Abu Da’oud).
“The Final Hour will not come until my followers copy the deeds of the previous nations and follow them very closely, span by span, and cubit by cubit (inch by inch)” (Hadith-Bukhari)
“You must keep to my Sunnah and the sunnah of the rightly-guided Caliphs; cling to it firmly. Beware of newly invented matters, for every new matter is an innovation, and every innovation is misleading.” (Hadith-Bukhari)
WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
As Muslims we should not participate or condone such evil customs as Halloween. It is the duty of every Muslim parent to educate their children to refrain from practising falsehood and not to imitate the non-Muslims in their customs and festivals. If the children are taught to be proud of their Islamic heritage, they themselves will, if Allah wills, abstain from Halloween and other non-Muslim celebrations, such as birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Valentines Day, etc.
As Muslims let us be convinced of our Deen that it is indeed the best and purest way of life…so do not say “hello” but rather say "goodbye" to Halloween forever!
May Allah Ta’ala guide us onto the straight path…Ameen.

Love of ALLAH with sinners
Once Prophet David asked ALLAH, "whats your biggest blessing on human beings? " ALLAH answered, "I dont punish human being on every single mistake instead, i grant him or her more to make him realize his or her mistakes so that he or she can turn to me"
subhanALLAH.. thats how loving is ALLAH. He loves us 70 times more than our mothers. We just need to take initiative and call on him and he is waiting for us. ALLAH loves those who repent and ALLAH himself has said that even if yours sins darken the sun and you ask forgiveness, i WIll forgive you.
how far is ALLAH from the perfection
There is non worthy of worship except ALLAH alone and Mohammed (SAW) is his messenger
Tears shed by sinners hold more value than the subhanALLAH of the pious
Shaikh Hakim Akhtar(DB)
“islam is drive and learn methodology. You cant learn everything before start practicing. You have to start practicing little by little and leave the rest to ALLAH, who is the most gracious and merciful”
me
ALLAH's concern for Companions (RA)
considering Surah Baqr, verse number 186
"If My servants ask you about Me, I am near. I answer the call of the caller when he calls on Me.They should therefore respond to Me and believe in Me so that hopefully they will be rightly guided."
When companions asked Prophet (SAW) that if ALLAH is far so that they call him loudly or if he is near so that call him in low voice. Instead of answering Prophet (SAW) back, ALLAH answered companions directly in this verse, saying that I am very near to you. You answer the concerned person back, if you like what you are asked for and you want to show your concern for the questioner . Here, ALLAH answers companions directly in this verse, showing his concern for the companions.
Only if we realize soon that ALLAH doesnt want to throw us in hell fire. Relationship between ALLAH and us is like parents and children rather than teacher and student. Parents forgive their children and want them to attain a good status. Similarly, ALLAH wants us to attain high ranks in Jannah, therefore he has set up big rewards on little deeds like smiling, treating others properly etc.
We are recommended to say that line before we start anything, which can be translated as
"In the name of ALLAH. The most gracious and merciful"
SubhanALLAH, its a blessing to be a muslim.
islam is not just only spiritual but also an intellectual religion. Not only just a religion , but a way of life
Me
Love of ALLAH and problems of this world
"Certainly, We shall test you with fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits; but give glad tidings to the patient—those who, when afflicted with calamity say, “Truly to Allah we belong, and truly to Him shall we return.” It is those who will be awarded blessings and mercy from their Lord; and it is those who are the guided ones. " (Al-Baqarah 2:155–157)
Trials and tribulations also show how much ALLAH loves us. They end up earning high rewads for us in hereafter. When ALLAH decides to increase the reward of such and such person, ALLAH asks angels if such and such person has done some good deeds. Angels say no and then ALLAH says, put his/her family etc into trouble.
There is a hadith which says "when muslim will come to know in hereafter, the reward he has got from hitting a little nail into him, he would say, why my skin wasnt cut in the world , with scissors" .
World is a test. Its a test for everyone. Everyone goes through ups and downs in life. As a muslim, our trials are also a chance to earn reward, only if we dont go out of the limits. This proves that ALLAH just loves and us and doesnt want to us to throw into hell fire since he has created human by his own hand. So, he has turned those tests , into a way to win reward.
ALLAH's love
(82:6) O man! What has deceived you about your generous Lord
الَّذِي خَلَقَكَ فَسَوَّاكَ فَعَدَلَكَ ﴿82:7﴾
(82:7) Who created you, shaped you, and made you well-proportioned,
فِي أَيِّ صُورَةٍ مَا شَاءَ رَكَّبَكَ ﴿82:8﴾
(82:8) and set you in whatever form He pleased?
look how ALLAH is asking man/woman that, ohhhh my creation.. what .. what has made you turn away from me? come back and see how much i love you . I have given you soo much without you asking me ... imagine how would i shower my blessings on you once you turn to me..
ALLAH has created human beings with his own hands. He doesnt want us to go to hell. Thats why he has given much bigger rewards on little deeds like smiling, showing good manners. ALLAH is full of love and mercy. The only thing we have to do is to take initiative and take a step towards him. He will surely open the doors of mercy on us. He is waiting for us , much more like a loving mum
Love
In Arabic, the same verb carries more than just the simple emotional meanings illustrated above, as Arabic is a very rich and complex language. Moreover, the deep shades of love could be expressed very eloquently without mentioning the word "love" at all in the way we do in English.
Expressing the manifestations of love and its obligations and responsibilities of compassion, care, esteem, respect, self sacrifice, humbleness, forgiveness, and so on, is a very beautiful form of expressing love in Arabic, the original language of the Quran.
The Quran is full of verses with practical manifestations of God's love for His creation, and of believers' love for God. In Islam, faith is a practical deed, not just an emotion. It has to be expressed practically in deeds as well
The Quran's approach to human nature is balanced: it recognizes that emotions sway between positive and negative, and people are not expected to be angels who do not know weakness or negative feelings. Consequently, the Quran regulates emotions and disciplines manners, while rewarding the reader with amazing tenderness, hope, and soft emotions interwoven into the text.
Some of the most beautiful verses of the Quran that can be recited as prayers are those spoken by the prophets to invoke God, and those spoken by God to the believers detailing His rewards promised to them in this life and the next, and even to the wrongdoers, promising them forgiveness and limitless mercy if they repent and return to His path.
There are also magnificent verses with the beautiful names of God, recited to sing His praises and exalt His grace.
When a Muslim meets God in prayer, this is seen as the ultimate expression of love through humbleness and obedience from a loving respectful creature to his or her exalted Creator. It is also seen as a chance to "talk" to God directly five times a day through reciting the Quran, as well as one's own simple, honest, and spontaneous words pouring straight from the heart during prostration.
The same applies to all the forms of practicing Islam, whether mandated or optional, rituals or conduct. God's answer and rewards to such honesty of feelings and sincerity of deeds is detailed in the Quran, and felt daily by millions of worshippers. What more would one need to prove a mutual love relationship?
