I wish people truly understood the struggles of having an invisible disability like adhd, autisim and even depression and took it seriously.

I have adhd and its been a struggle my entire life. I hate how forgetful I am. Ive been fired because of my forgetfulness because of my adhd.

Ive lost so many things by just simply putting something down and then just never seeing it again. It just goes into some void. I also just cant put something away in a drawer or cabinet because it will get forgotten about. If I don't see it, it doesnt exist and this unfortunately happens with people as well. Id i dont see someone in a while i forget about them, its why im able to be in solitude for so long. I dont do it on purpose.

It just sucks that people, even jobs dont take it seriously. I wish i could function like a normal person

a headcanon is a fact that you have personally made up as an elaboration of canon. it is your invention. e.g. i think morgana and gwen had a teenage lesbian situationship before the events of canon. or, i think modern morgana would love evanesence.

an interpretation is how one reads the existing text. it is not an invented fact nor is it a headcanon, it is a reading. e.g. i think merlin tries to poison morgana out of misplaced self-hatred. or, i think that one line was delivered with suppressed malice and shows a nuanced relationship.

fanon is the general fandom’s accepted headcanons and interpretations that elaborate or recontextualize canon. e.g. merlin is a badass waif and morgana is a bitch.

these are all different words with different meanings.

The Hobbit is 100% fine for kids to read. I didnt read it till I was in middle school because it was part of our required reading, but its still a fantastic book and great for kids.

Clone Wars AU where Anakin and Ahsoka think Obi-Wan and Satine have a secret relationship going on, and they’d never bring it up with him, but they’re the biggest fangirls ever. The first time Ahsoka meets Korkie she nearly has a heart attack, and then immediately calls Anakin like “Skyguy you’re not going to believe who I just met.” He’s a little hurt that Obi-Wan never told him he has a child, but he lets it go because, to be fair, he never told him he was married. (Obi-Wan has no idea Korkie exists, and although he and Satine are still very much in love with each other, they are not having an affair.) At some point, Obi-Wan decides to try and bring up Anakin’s relationship with Padmè (because there’s no way he didn’t know) and Anakin responds with “Oh you want to talk about secret relationship? Well I know about you and Satine,” and Obi-Wan is like “My relationship with Satine is (currently) strictly professional,” to which Anakin, thinking he’s about to play his trump card, says “Don’t try and deny it. I’ve met your son.” At first it doesn’t even register with Obi-Wan. He just says, “Anakin, I’m not denying anything— I’m sorry, did you just say you’ve met my son?!” And Anakin, still thinking he’s won, says “Yeah I did. He looks exactly like you by the way. I have no idea how you were planning on hiding him.” Obi-Wan, who is crashing out, grills Anakin for every detail, while Anakin slowly starts to realize that he might have miscalculated slightly. He then fucks off to Mandalore, for what is likely to be a very awkward conversation with Satine (who can’t believe that Anakin figured it out), and Anakin goes to find Ahsoka to tell her, “Snips? We might’ve fucked up.”
