Filming THE FRENCH CONNECTION

When I saw the film for the first time I was blown away, everything fit and then all the exteriors, wow. The city of New York in a desolate state, the crime, the cops, the streets, every second was so captivating that I was completely absorbed in the film. Even the stunts were realistic, unlike today, and will thrill any cinematic connoisseur.

This, along with the second part, is one of my two favourite films, which I own in every version and watch again and again to see more details. Both are independent masterpieces on all levels of cinematic artistry, Gene Hackman is a real delight as the big city cop, rude, smart in his own way and caught up in the super story.

I’m still as excited as the first day, which is really rather a statement.

I think the boomer issue is superfluous. The interesting thing about the topic is that the last boomers were born in 1964 and have to listen to the boomer bashing. Sorry that the last boomers in 1970, i.e. at the age of six, did not influence the petrochemical industry to get out of oil. And sorry the last boomers in 1974 after the oil crisis did not support sustainable development. They could have done that at the age of ten. Imagine that in the last year of the Thirty Years' War, the soldiers who had just been drafted were told that they were responsible for the defeat. Just diverge because the world consists of more than zero and one.

And seriously, if everyone just wants to do something with the media, who's going to build the fucking new houses that the fucking boomers aren't going to build that will soon have to give up architecture, engineering, construction and all the other uncool professions?

My tip to you is to take responsibility and fight for justice and equality. I did and I still do... . I have been an opponent of nuclear power since 1980 and an activist in the environmental protection movement since 1980. Get the right qualifications and an important role in the right places and change the world. And finally let the positioning allies have the same attitude and similar views and no age or label, boomer, old white men ..... Equality knows only one commonality fight for the rights of all with all the allies you can get.

If you move your finger around Ticktok or other anti-social media all day, you won't move the world in the end. Reality is harsh and everything is in 3D and life is fucking cool in both realities but nobody has ever moved into a house in the world of bits and bytes.

What is happening right now in Israel is the erosion of the democratic control institutions without equal in the world of democratic systems.

With devastating omens for any democratic order based on the division of powers.

I am a world citizen and all people should realize that only together it will be possible to solve the problems of yesterday, otherwise it would be disaster from now until a future which then becomes a struggle for resources.

Then the dictatorial systems can run up to human despising high form. Select and segregate, secure and protect, no beautiful future whether only with AI in the wrong hands or not......

We are all the problem and we can all be the solution. However, only with the realization that on a common world nations can only solve problems together.

Climate change is not interested in borders, migrations have been and will always be there. Who has no more water to drink follows the water..... Who has nothing to eat follows the food..... actually easy to understand.

And everyone eventually runs out of water or it drowns us..... both scenarios we can slow down together or even mastered.
