so, new Seekers table. Julien and Occtis are increasingly openly hostile to one another. Occtis and Vaelus have a rift at the moment because she didn't think of him when she destroyed the Stone of Nightsong. Vaelus does not trust Bolaire at all. Bolaire seems upset with Thimble over the Thjazi of it all. Thimble and Julien have a frequently tumultuous relationship. Julien also seems to not like or trust Bolaire at all. Bolaire has antagonized Kattigan with "I lost everything" while still having siblings out there. Kattigan has barely spoken to anyone here who isn't Thimble. this isn't even getting to Thjazi being in Julien's shadow as a constant presence.

So after C4E30 and hearing Luis use the word "Inxolotle" for "remember", I was racking my brain trying to figure out what language he might be using. (The joys of being a linguist.) At first, I thought it might be Nahuatl but no (though I wondered if it might be a related dialect), so... I just asked him!

Now we have it straight from the sorladin's mouth. :D

Almost certainly it is, in fact, very recognizable as an Einfasen axe. Aniko's blade is instantly recognizable as a Seremai blade, for example.

So, yes, Primus will be coming home to find, after all that significant trouble Otto gave him at the meeting over House Royce and still leaving with things on very shaky ground, that simultaneously Koral was killed, his gem focus maintaining a curse on Alba Davinos stolen, and a pair of dead former Torn Banner, former Falconers, died in his basement. One of whom was armed with an Einfasen axe and, if since it feels unlikely that they'll be able to retrieve them, Royce bracers.
