Whenever I get a bad seat I try to remember that someone always has to sit first and someone always has to sit last... sometimes it's my turn to do lead and sometimes it's my turn to bring up the back. That mindset has really helped me to accept orchestral seating differences over time.

I've been super busy with hectic end of the semester stuff (College Symphony concert this week, quartet performance this week, improvisation concert next week, and then a million classes and rehearsals and meetings to fill in my spare time :P) but once things calm down there will be many more string things!
