The elders see a prodigy. Bacchus and Rakta only see their little brother.

THE PATHETIC WAY I CRIED WHILE READING THIS IS PRICELESS

I'm going to hold off on my thoughts for now about how the Suo arc is being executed so far because Twitter is driving me crazy with people saying there are inconsistencies in the characters and others saying everything was fixed with the epic save Sugishita and Momijikawa pulled off in the last chapter.

So feel free to spit on me if you think it's crap. Personally, I think the plot's quality is wavering, with each chapter potentially ruining or improving what's been established. While the tension is mixed with some filler, I feel it's appropriate for the character we're focusing on because that's just how Suo is: inaccessible. If he didn't throw his problems out there, it would be too simplistic, and I really hope his problem is heavy or distressing to contrast it and highlight how good he is at hiding.

What has bothered me a bit is the dynamic the Furin boys have had from the beginning. I think it's great to see them so adrift. since Suo left because he emphasizes that Suo was the brains and the heart. In my opinion, they're divided, and each group is letting its emotions get the better of them, which is fair among the other kids not so close to the main group. And this is where I see the biggest conflict and highlights the class's greatest weakness: their other two pillars haven't properly spoken about what happened. They're still hurting and are externalizing or repressing it in harmful ways. The dynamic is somewhat confusing. It's obvious that both are shaken because the person they trusted most disappeared and hurt one of them. Sakura only confirmed that Suo was the one who hit nirei, but it was strange that it just stayed there. Nirei literally told the story twice, and no one asked if he was okay. They promised to look for him, but that changed after Sakura's emotional breakdown. Being more like good kids, his class helped his through the fog of his thoughts. And I insist, Sugishita is the angel of the fandom right now because it would have been terrible if no one had mentioned the seriousness of what Suo did. One of their own, especially someone as beloved as Nirei (AND THEY WERE INSEPARABLE, OK?) BUT it's also a double-edged sword because what the hell?????, now your motivation is to go beat up your friend when the main victim insisted there was a hidden reason????? because he literally told them the other was suffering, and impulsively they're acting as if Suo never did anything for them.

Anyway, let's see what happens.

I'd love for them to fail in their mission to Bankoku-gai because of this same division, the lesson of listening to each other or having more solid plans because we're no longer talking about a gang of teenagers, it's literally another damn city of cultures and people they won't understand, much less be so polarized. Rebuild, face what happened, what made them feel, and stop hiding or running in circles. Only then can they face Suo.

For now, my theory about Suo -oh! sorry sorry i mean Sun Fei is that perhaps the people of Champuru took him in as a child, and now he's assuming the position of officer as a way of repaying them, cause he feels in debt. Oh, and I'd love it if the threat to that city were something like traffickers or the Yakuza directly threatening the children they take care of. If I get around to it, I'll explain this idea in another post.

Sometimes i wonder if there are classes in furin 'cause i really CAN'T remember at least one student using a backpack or somethin related. I mean idk how schools in japan work, but it's just so funny for me when i imagine a lot of teenagers just going school to get involve in fights and help people with their chores or they seeing only like two or three subjets and then go to streets if the class have to patrol .

Now that i think i never saw sakura with a school backpack or any suplies

I don't know if this will reach the Wind Breaker section here on Tumblr, but I genuinely would love it if Suo's brothers—I mean Sun Fei—weren't actually bad, but rather committed to Champuru's ideals. It would be great if Sakura or someone else made them realize that Suo doesn't want any of that.

I'm genuinely worried about Taylor and Logan. I strongly believe they're going to be tortured in experiments or blackmailed using their families (Logan with the mafia connection, and Taylor with her mother, or remember the incident with her father, a wound I think never healed for her and Taylor; let's not forget that the comatose bodies of all the adults are still there). Considering how emotional they are, and that before the season finale where Ashlyn opened the biggest rift, these two babies were the only ones to open rifts or create fissures on their own—Logan in the arcade, which was minimal, and Taylor in the hospital, which I suspect was the one that put her parents in the Phantom Dimension. My point is that I think they're susceptible and have very specific sensitive nerves, and that in that facility it will be easy for them to manipulate their traumas.
