Finished off today's #ArmDay with 6 sets of seated overhead tricep extensions superset w/ hammer curls on the bar, aimed for about 12-15 reps per set. Massive burn to end on! Did a whole hour and a half on bi's & tri's today and it felt phenomenal! Really love training arms again!
