Workout Schedule: Pre-MiniMarathon Training
I have spent the last few hours coming up with a new workout plan. The months before training for a race is extremely important. My goal is to continue to build my muscular endurance. I plan on running the Mini Marathon called,Ā Run the Bluegrass on March 28, 2015. This will be my first race since I ran track in high school.
