Alfred Tennyson, ‘The Lady of Shalott’
vampire media i will always love you
never met a sentence i couldn't make incredibly long
never heard a more perfect song than i’m scared i’ll never sleep again actually
off campus referencing dirty dancing ugh i’m sat
i love reading, i love thinking about what i am currently reading, i love thinking about what i am going to read next, i love being privileged enough to be able to read, read, read, and read so much that i never tire of it
half term and i’m fully in my romance book era
choosing joy (reading ali hazelwood)
i honestly cannot count how many times i’ve been warned about specific male students “not responding well to female members of staff”. and it makes me so bloody sad and angry how in the past six or so years there’s been an entire shift in the way that women are perceived. like we are regressing so quickly and nobody seems to care. i’m told male students won’t respond well to me and schools refuse to call it for what it is (rampant misogyny)
beautiful day to think about what you had and can no longer have
declan o’hara crunchy nut cornflakes scene like if u agree
ever since i was a little girl i knew who i was meant to be (lover of blonde fictional men)
One single thread of gold tied me to you
past lives, børns/you had me at hello, mhairi mcfarlane/elektra, sophocles/the wedding date (2005)/invisible string, taylor swift/walking home, marie howe/robert james waller/ @billypotts /@hermoonlit-world /call me maybe, carly rae jepsen/invisible string, taylor swift
