Sleeping till 2pm

Some friends ask me how i sleep till 2pm?…i just do. It does not change the way I feel about life, Yes I wastes almost half the day but it does not change my motivation to get going. I can still go have evening lunch or dinner with loved ones or have a stroll in the park. I mean I understand if others have loads of things to do from 6am, but I do not. Do not judge me because I do not have as much as others to do on a daily basis. I will do as I please. I also ‘LOVE’ my bed, that’s why I sleep till 2pm or lets say “lay in” till 2pm. Having a kind heart and making the homeless feel warm.

Everyday walking on the streets there would be homeless people around. Have you ever wondered how they are still surviving this cold weather? It is because people like my friend had brought hot drinks or food for the ones who do not beg for money but sit and wait for their turn to receive. Me and my friend walked pass a homeless guy sitting on the floor with a sleeping bag, was reading the bible and had a cardboard sign. My friend had turned around to me and said “Shall I buy him a hot drink?” I then said “Yes, if that is what you would like to do, go ahead.” So she brought a hot chocolate and had a free cookie with it. We went back to the guy we had walked passed and gave them to him. He was overly happy and said “Thank you so much and had a good evening.” Hearing such words and having done a good deed makes the heart feel warm and knowing that you had made someone happy makes yourself happy inside. Good deeds keep you going. Remember if you think yourself is having a tough time, think about others that may be in worst situations than you. Janes Adventure.
