“no more.” he mumbles against your lips.

“one more kats please?” you chase after his lips as he pulls back.

“you’re fallin asleep, princess.” he kisses you again and you whine.

“kats one more.” you blink your heavy lids up at him “kiss me til i fall asleep.” you wrap your arms around his neck and pull him down to the bed with you.

“suppose.” he sighs and presses his lips softly to yours.

he peppers kisses across your lips, smiling with each soft sound that comes from you. he slides his tongue along the seam of your lips, slowly pushing in as he cradles your face. he deepens the kiss, thumbs stroking across your cheeks trying to lull you to bed.

your arms unravel from his neck and he pulls back to pepper the softest kisses across your face. he pulls the covers up and places a kiss on each of your eyelids before leaning back and admiring you.

“love you.” one last kiss to your lips before he curls around you.

cuddling katsuki is like playing with the damn claw machine. You never quite know if your efforts are worth it till the end.

Sometimes, just sometimes, you actually score your prize, or it drops itself into the abyss of toys below.

Katsuki's red eyes met your tired ones as his arms wrapped tightly around you—hauling you as close as could be after his annoyingly long night patrol.

"Shut it; I'm getting comfortable." He hissed, pressing a chaste kiss to your cheek before burrowing his face in the crook of your neck. "Didn't mean to wake you; just wanted to hold ya'."

"Long night?" You mumbled, pulling the blanket firm over his bare back, one hand tangling itself in his dampened blond hair.

"Yeah... you could say that." He murmured, tightening his arms around you with a contented hum. "Long, long night, honestly."

"Do you want to talk about it?" Your fingers tugged on his hair, just a little, as Katsuki adjusted himself on top of your chest.

"Not tonight, no." He groaned, pressing a soft kiss to the slope of your shoulder. "Just want to hold you if that's alright?"

"Yeah. That's fine." You kissed just behind his ear with a hum. "We can just lie here if that's what you want."

"exercise will give you more energy" gets said a lot as a common piece of health advice but I think it needs to be expanded into "exercising will make you tired while you do it, and you will continue to be tired immediately afterwards, sometimes even the next day too, but over months of consistent exercise, your muscles will get stronger and therefore get less tired out by everyday activities, making you feel like day-to-day life takes less physical energy than it used to"

he can tell by your tone you’re about to ask one of your random questions again and mentally prepares. “yes baby?”

you’re sitting on the couch while he prepares dinner in the kitchen, a random couple’s tik tok sparking your curiosity.

“what would you do if i killed somebody?”

“i’d kill for you.” he responds calmly but almost incredulously like the question doesn’t even need an answer.

your heart skips a beat but you persevere.

“okay…but what if i killed someone?” you hear his footsteps as he approaches you. “would you help me hide the body?”

he stands in front of you and you look up at him innocently as you ask these crazy questions.

“obviously, i’d take care of it.” he crosses his arms so you know he means business. “i’d take the fall if it came to that too.”

“what? seriously?”

he makes a face like ‘duh?’ “can’t let my princess go to prison.”

you smile and tilt your head, “so your princess can handle killing somebody but not prison?”

he shrugs, “you can but i’m not letting you. simple as that.” he grabs your jaw with one hand and leans down to give you a quick kiss. “now can i get back to making you dinner now?”

you lick your lips and smile, satisfied with the conversation. “i guess so.”
