Just went to see the new Backrooms movie with my irl friend and some of mine and his family members and it was absolutely sick!!! I don’t really know much about the backrooms yet, so the fact I liked the movie so much is really a testament to how good it is. My mother really didn’t like it and one of my older sisters left not even halfway through, though, so it clearly has its target audience and then… everyone else. Missed the bacteria, but they took a really cool approach to what they used in place of it.

I queermaxxed a little today since it’s pride month and a line of like 8y/o baby scene girl wannabes with their little hand warmers walked by me in the mall and all just went like “omg you’re so cool I love your hair omg” and it made me realize I am an elder to them. I wasn’t even dressed that scenecore, I have some Kandi on and a few pins and cargo pants and some platform heel boots with chains on them, but nothing much, yet to them I am what they aspire to be. I feel so honored.

Being queer is really a journey, and I’ve gone through so many labels from when I first started questioning my sexuality to now. I have been so many genders I can’t even remember my journey in full even though it’s still not over.
