I 💗 #Squats. (No I don't, but I love the feeling afterwards). This morning was rough for me😓. I woke up tired💤, unmotivated, and angry😡. But I took that energy and channeled🔀 it into my #legday #workout. I finished the workout I planned for myself, but my body was craving more so I KEPT GOING 💪until I felt satisfied. Now my legs are jello and the weight on my shoulders is gone. Funny how lifting helps that 😉 SO If you're feeling icky, don't sit in that shit. MOVE and the ick will move too.

After seeing @atypical_ways post her beautiful prosciutto and melon, I immediately got Tuscany-nostalgia and NEEDED to have some of my own. This satisfied my craving...but prosciutto will never taste as good as it did in Italy 💔

So this is what I've been eating for breakfast every 👏 single 👏 day 👏 because I'm so obsessed with it. My mom used to make a not-so-healthy version of these when I was little so I ✨healthified✨ them. These are 🙌Cottage Cheese Latkes🙌, and before you go telling me that you don't like cottage cheese, sit down and listen☝️. These are the gooiest creamiest most amazing bite of food in the world and I SWEAR you will love them💗. So here's the recipe. 🍴1 egg 🍴1/4 c unsweetened almond milk 🍴 1/4 c oat flour 🍴 1/2 c fat free cottage cheese 🍴 1 tsp vanilla Mix, pan fry, top with a stevia/cinnamon blend. Macros are 24 pro/ 28 carbs (4 fiber)/ 9 fat

Just got back from my first yoga class of the summer 💙 Lets get one thing straight, I’m not great at yoga🙆. I’m barely even good. But that’s not ✖️ what it’s about.
