Anyone who thinks Sam and Dean only ever fuck quick, dirty and nasty are reducing these guys down to caricatures of who they are.
Take for example the way they gently examine eachother after the other is hurt (or even assumed hurt) how quickly they fall to their knees, running hands over faces - cradling gently and touching softly, speaking in hushed tones
I can't imagine that not spilling over to their sex life.
Soft whispers and affirmations of "I can't believe I almost lost you" or "Don't you ever leave me again" maybe even "How could you do something so stupid??"
Taking their time because in their line of work, death is always at the door (and you can never know when your lucks run out - or about to) one day no demon will want to deal, one day a spell won't be enough.

When talking about abusive Dean it's also very important to remember that Dean fusses and worries and frets over Sam in between hitting him and making him feel like the scum of the earth.
Dean makes his Sammy soup and plies him with snacks and takes his temperature and gets him the stupid coffee he likes and puts him to bed and plays the soft rock station because it mellows Sam out and asks diner waitresses if they have kale salad because his brother likes to eat that girly stuff.
That is why their relationship is so fucked up and Sam will never understand just how bad it is because every time it gets real bad at home, Dean will do something dramatic or sweet for him to draw him back in again.
It's called the Cycle of Abuse and Dean uses it to his advantage all the time.
