Excellent visit to the Heath Robinson museum in Pinner yesterday, including this amusing nod to the “Heath Robinson” a precursor to Colossus created at Bletchley Park during the early days of programmable computing. More experimenting with smoking on the bbq. Last week was ribs, and struggled to keep the temperature down. Pork shoulder this week, and struggled to keep the temperature up! Practise makes perfect though. New night and day blinds in the Study and bed2. A lot easier to put up in the extension due to the steel lintel having a nice gap for fixings to go in, where as the original part of the house has concrete lintels, which are a pain. First one is a temporary fit while we wait for a replacement, as it should have had the same voile as the other one. More experiments with the Kamado. First time using the temperature probes.
