Old habits die hard! 🍭🍸🍹 (at Sugar Factory Rosemont)
Okay, so someone lied this is not the Windy City. It's hot as balls, the only place it was cool was under the bean!!! It's still gorgeous here though! (at Millennium Park)
My new pad y'all!
Forgive me.
I know it's been several weeks but a lot has happened! And when I say a lot has happened I mean just two major things: 1. I moved! 2. I finally gave in and listened to Hamilton and now I'm OBSESSED! Pictures to follow!
Only 13 days stand between me and my love! I can't wait! #Chicagobaection (at Disney's California Adventure Theme Park)
Puppy appreciate post.
My bad.
So it's been a while, sorry. So much going on in the past couple of weeks! The biggest reason I don't have time to blog, IM MOVING! We finally found a perfect townhouse! I love it so much. Once I move in completely I will post lots of pictures! So exited. And I got the master bedroom!
I need an Epcot day soon. 🌐
Quick Rant
So I flew Frontier on my most recent trip to California. I ran the RunDisney Tinkerbell Half Marathon Challenge and I had to be there for just a couple of days. Since it was for a race that all ready cost me over $300 I had to budget myself for all things travel. We decided to stay in a non Disney resort since we'd either be running or in the parks most of the time, and doing this save us a boat load of money. We tried to do the same thing with our flights which is why we booked with Frontier Airlines. NEVER AGAIN! The price could not be beat don't get me wrong, round trip for under $300 from Orlando to LAX direct. However the experience was not worth me saving a $100 bucks. Flight was delayed over an hour, seats were the most uncomfortable and they charged me about 4 bucks for WATER! Ugh Nonetheless we traveled safely and saved money this trip. But I definitely consider this a lesson learned will absolutely dish out the dollars when I have to fly long distances! My comfort and sanity is worth it!
I have a thing for freshly made beds and Monograms
Finally went and explored Disney Springs! Which included waiting 15 minutes in the pouring rain for Cupcakes. Not as good as my fav #bakedbymelissa but I'll take it 💕 #sprinklescupcakes (at Disney Springs)
Time.
I’m never on time. Ever. I set my alarm and sleep through it. How is that even possible?! Ugh. No make up or decent hair style for work. So basically no one look at me today.
Treat yourself.
So excited for the amazing memories I’ll be able to capture with my new toy. Paid less than $70 for the camera, film and shipping, Thank you Amazon!
Sightseeing.
I am obsessed with seeing the world. So many things have contributed to this obsession, but mostly moving to Florida. Living here, ESPECIALLY during this year's presidential race I have learned how uncultured and misguided opinions of other cultures/religions are. A lot of the people (NOT ALL; I've met some of the best people here), I've met from this state have so much hate for people of other religions, cultures, races or even just their appearance. After further investigation I noticed that they are just so unaware, and have no experience with people of these cultures besides what they see on the media or over stereotyped portrayals on tv and movies . Once I had to explain to someone that folks from Puerto Rico are American citizens. I've learned that's it's the unknown that leads to hate. Hate of the unknown. I never, ever want to feel that way so I want to see everything. Learn about other cultures, see how they live so I will always be able to imagine life in someone else's shoes. So that's my goals I'm going to see it all, all 50 states, Europe, Africa, Asia you name I'll get there! I've already started! Going to Chicago in about 60 days and I have a Eurotrip planned for my 24th birthday! Can't wait!
Red plaid or Blue plaid, I love what I do!
