Until the president was kidnapped from her acquired mansion in the dead of night.

Nobody knew what happened to her when a man who looked an awful lot like president Snow rose once more, claiming the seat of the leader and announcing that peacetime was over.

Now it was revenge.

As his first act, reinstated, he announced a new Quarter Quell. One claimed to be even more deadly than the last. Even more gruesome than the fifty first.
