“I love what happened with Beth’s character this season in that she still retained what makes her original but there’s a clear growth that has happened, not just in her behavior and her relationship but in her confidence as a person and you really see it blossoming in scenes like this and Beth really knocked these scenes out.” “And they’re subtle. They’re not big giant crying emotional scenes, they’re just little… an assertion of power.” - Dean Devlin and John Rogers, The Long Goodbye Job DVD Commentary
I hate this post with every fiber of my being

fiber crafts is like oh you think you know how to count? think again. also count again.
Is it socially acceptable to use opaque watercolors, or is that considered gouache?
It could be a sign of a bad temperament.
ive invented (note: dubious claim) something i call the bear diet which is mostly fruits and vegetables with fish as the main protein source and something like once a month you eat a few hyperprocessed foods of your liking because that is when you, the bear, raid a dumpster in the suburbs
after the hyperprocessed foods, do you take tranquilizers to simulate getting captured by animal control and returned to the wild?
i would settle for melatonin gummies but well. knock yourself out

Didn’t anticipate one of the bonuses of going to a drag show in a smaller more conservative town would be getting to see a bro who clearly wandered into the wrong part of the bar by mistake experience what looked to be a transcendent awakening upon seeing his first drag show.
On of the queens halfway through the show, “Honey, are you straight?”
This man, in a strangled voice, “I don’t know”
We love the character development
Answering "I don't know" is a level of self awareness a lot of people never attain
help I’m having ideas beyond my available free time
help I'm having ideas beyond my available energy levels
Maybe the most damming thing about Nolans odyssey is i haven’t seen a single gifset from it
Cats Copy. Hence the phrase copy cat. And this cat is clearly fond of this dog as a family member, and just now realized by observing:
"OH WAIT Human is making biscuits on this dog brother and it HELPS with his pain??? Hey I can do that!! I can do that too! Look! Biscuits!!"
Veterinarian at the next follow up: "Dog is looking really good! But I'm concerned - with this kind of progress, it looks like Dog is getting HOURS of massage every day. If you work yourself into a repetitive motion injury, you won't be able to keep up with Dog's home physical therapy, and, you know, you'll be hurt, too."
Human: "I give Dog a massage for about 30 minutes a day. The rest is all Cat."
Sleeping poorly is so embarrassing... sorry im grumpy I stayed up past my bedtime. Like a toddler
Come on, Spock, what mysterious relative is it this time?
No but see Jamie idolized Roy as a child and kept his poster hanging on his wall and then as an adult and a footballer himself he actually had the chance to play with and be captained by Roy except Roy was in pain all the time and on the brink of losing everything that had near-singlehandedly made up his identity for the majority of his life while Jamie was the fresh young prick on the rise with his whole career and future ahead of him and Roy was angry and bitter and resentful and acted like a dick and so Jamie retaliated by acting like a dick right back and the two of them became sworn enemies who hated each other's guts and swore they would forever and ever and then Roy got together with Jamie's ex girlfriend Keeley but Keeley had breakup sex with Jamie and Roy couldn't stop thinking about Jamie when he kissed Keeley so things were extra messy BUT THEN Jamie got transferred to another team and Roy's final play of his career was successfully tackling Jamie but it fucked his knee for good and his life was over and he had to resort to getting wine drunk and hate watching Jamie saunter around on TV, looking hot and shagging other hot people, because Jamie had a personal crisis and quit football to star in a Love Island knockoff. but then Jamie got the chance to return to the team where Roy and him once butted heads right there in the dressing room only now Roy was his Coach and Jamie was determined to be a better man and wanted to learn from Roy and enlisted Keeley to help him get on Roy's good side and it was starting to work but Roy still wouldn't admit that it was working and then the truth came out with startling clarity, right there in front of the whole team after a devastating loss, about everything Jamie had endured and the abuse he had always resigned himself to taking, only this time Jamie hit his father back and the room was silent and in shock and nobody moved except Roy. Roy who held him and let him cry on his shoulder. Roy who has somehow, impossibly, become a person - the person - Jamie could lean on. And after that Jamie became Roy's special little football boy and Roy personally committed himself to molding Jamie into a superstar but Roy was also personally spiraling and had just broken up with Keeley and so the relationship with Jamie stayed abrasive and undefined even though Jamie was so eager and so willing and said nothing when Roy used him as his emotional punching bag but only because Jamie had become a safe space for Roy like Roy was for him. And then Jamie played for England and was invited to Uncle's Day and got his shirt personalized for Roy and nervously but eagerly gifted it to Roy who had to hold back his tears because he was that fucking touched and then Roy's niece called them best friends. And Roy realized that shit, not only were they best friends, but also that he'd never really cared about anyone quite like how he cares about Jamie. And he could no longer hide how much he cares, and for the most part he stopped trying. He started caring about Jamie openly. And now, no matter what happens next or where Jamie's career takes him, they are intertwined forever and always will be.... Like I'm sorry but I just don't think some of you are getting it...it's not clocking to you....
does the qll have stone butch blues?
nope
it is literally not available to purchase as an ebook or audiobook because IT IS FREE DIRECTLY FROM LESLIE’S WEBSITE
quote from website, "Leslie Feinberg worked up to a few days before hir death to ready the 20th anniversary Author’s Edition of Stone Butch Blues, to make it available to all, for free. This action was part of hir entire life work as a communist to “change the world” in the struggle for justice and liberation from oppression."
three cheers for leslie who did amazing things, wrote an incredible book, lived a beautiful queer trans life, and made sure stone butch blues was available to everyone before QLL ever existed
