Its awesome to see the community getting into the tams for the open! We are a part of one big team but its fun to have a little bit more friendly competition at the gym. This was just this morning, people taking the time out of theur busy days to come in ans support their teams! Cant wait to see how crazy it gets later for Friday night lights! Work for today. Hitting TGU again so focus on movement and technique. Bracing through the entire movement and breathing while braced. Fun exercise to try and learn how to do this is singing your ABC'S while holding a hollow hold. (A good one) (at JonesN4CrossFit)

Little wrist strengthening, handstand walking, and L sitting. Liked my workout from @optimum_performance_training today, got to do some pulling which is my favorite thing to do, work on some skills like the hs walk which always give me trouble, think thwy came together ok today.
