Cat and books encounter at The NAT!
A group of drawings and prints by Ellsworth Kelly is on view in the gallery outside the theater. These works are presented in memory of the artist, who passed away in December at the age of 92. In a career that spanned more than 6 decades, Kelly explored various permutations of solid shape, delicate line, and color, almost always as a retranslation of what he found by looking carefully at the world. āAll my work comes from perceiving,ā he once explained. The Whitney is proud to hold over 40 works by Kelly in the collection, several of which were generous gifts of the artist.

Julie Paschkis, Nikki McClure, Jennifer K. Mann, Woodleigh Marx Hubbard.
Pictured are tiny books, quilts, and framed art by Julie Paschkis.
What a blessing, having the Illustrator Exhibit to soak in, with original works to soak in! I am envious! Great artists all. And that Julie Paschkis is a force to be reckoned with!

Letās look at the beginning of a picture book story.
