I’ve developed a coping skill that’s great for when i’m feeling anxious, scared, sad etc. I think as if my plushie is me; the emotional, sad me. So i hug it, reassure my plushie that everything will be ok, that it’s okay to feel a lot. I pet it and hold it and just comfort it. And tbh it’s really helpful!!
