Man, I just think about Unbound sometimes. Analyzing stuff is totally my jam but… The fact that Alder just completely ditches Link after all that time they spent surviving on the streets together. No letters. Nothing.

Like they were supposed to be best friends, both on the run and looking out for each other no matter what. Tenebris is a terrible and cold place. For two kids that felt like they didn’t belong anywhere, it’s makes me think on why things happened the way that they did or what was going through Alder’s mind at the time.

It’s no surprise that Link just doesn’t allow people to get close anymore. It’s shown throughout that they fear real connections. Even going so far as to wear a mask, another way they use to dissociate from others.
