Being anti-endo baffles me actually. Wdym it’s unrealistic for the human brain to create more beings per body just cause it wasn’t caused by trauma. The human brain is so complicated I think the most unrealistic thing is expecting it to follow your rules actually.

Also wanting to keep endos out of trauma spaces is invalidating endogenics who HAVE experienced trauma.

Endogenic systems can have trauma, endogenic systems just means that their system didn't FORM from trauma. Separating certain groups has never gone well and it never will.

Hey all, so how do you define your headmates/medianmates more?

We are a median system and we want to help our medianmates have more of "their own" identity yk? We need tips.

We have a younger and a protector (as far as I know) but I can't sense much of an identity behind them. Anyplural have any tips?

We know we need to be patient, and try to interact with them consistently, but we also have a hard time with consistency...

I also believe some of our trouble with this comes from having no headspace, and being possibly monoconcious?

Using journals can help. I talked about myself and asked questions. Like "i really like vocaloid music. do you have any music you really like?" or trying to talk to them throughout the day about things that are happening. Even if they don't respond, give them room to.
