Who's your roommate? Jumping out windows sounds pretty dangerous so it's probably a good thing you got a new one. If you jumped out a window you might break a bone and that hurts, don't you think?
Oui, I get a detention for skipping class to go shopping. Excuse me, Sir, but the sparkly headband I wanted was limited edition. That’s far more important than the metric system or whatever.
Really? They’re just stuffed animals though. Why do you really need to have more than one? I’m pretty sure he cares a little bit too much. He’s become a total worry wart about everything. It got a bit crazy. Luckily he decided to send me out here and it was the best decision ever, even if he does call like every two days. Yes! Most people never seem to understand that.
Yeah but even if you have nobody else, you have stuffed animals and the more you have, the more comfort you can get. Plus, they remind me of home. That sounds like it'd be a little annoying but at least you know he cares, right? You think so? Only every two days? That's insane! I call home every few hours. A lot of people don't, the adventure is always the most exciting part, you never know what's going to happen.
Yep man, it’s a good thing! I’m not much for “cute things” but I can appreciate when someone-..or something is cute.
You haven’t had my coffee. Hot chocolate is alright, it reminds me of back home and all the countless summers we were dragged out to go camping. I should try hot chocolate with whipped cream, that sound wicked awesome.
Well then thank you very much! You're not one for cute things? Why not? They're all cuddly and adorable, I couldn't live without them. It's good you appreciate them though, momma always says appreciation is important.
What's your coffee like? Is it different from other coffee? Oh! That's a good reminder, I really miss back home. Did you like camping? What was it like? I've never been camping before. You should try it, it's great.
It doesn't sound like fun. Could you talk? Did they tell you not to talk? That's brave of you! I'm not scared easily either. What were the sentences about?
It’s what you are. ADORKABLE! Good to the eyes-..I mean, there are a lot of “good to eyes” student’s here. You just happen to be one that likes interesting cute looking things.
I'm adorkable? Woah! That's a good thing, right? Good to the eyes. I think that means pretty? If that's when it means then..well thank you! That's awful nice of you! Everyone should like cute looking things, it makes everyone happier.
I never really liked it. I like hot chocolate though. Do you like hot chocolate? You know what's really fun? Seeing how much whipped cream you can put on that top of hot chocolate without it falling over.
"If we're all made just a little bit broken, tell me who is to blame?"
Naive
Considering Chip was the baby of the family and the apple of his mothers eye, it only seemed natural that he would be babied. Chip was always protected from everything bad in the world, even as his mother fell ill, so the naive trait stuck to him. More often than not, it ends up getting him into trouble as he doesn't automatically see the bad in things. On top of that it causes a lot more questions to be asked than most people would like, Chip can't help but question almost everything a person does, it's in his nature.
Clingy
Ever since Chip was young, he liked being around people. This feeling didn't really start to effect him until he started to watch his mother become very sick. When he thought he was going to lose her, it was the worst time of his life and it made him realize just how much he wanted those close to him to stay close to him. Once someone is close to Chip, he trusts them with all of his heart and doesn't ever want to let them go. He'll constantly worry about them and want to be with them or talk to them at all times. This is why Chip calls home more times a day than you can count on one hand.
Clumsy
There was always a joke in Chip's house that his mother picked his name out because as a child he was always falling down and breaking things. It probably was a combination of some of his other flaws combined but Chip had no problem jumping around and looking for adventure until he realized it was too late and he'd broken something. This flaw didn't go away as he got older and even now you'll see Chip with missing items or books scattered across the hall as he scurries to pick them up. It's not something he's embarrassed about but it is something he wishes he could get over.
Apprehensive
If there was one thing that Chip never had to worry about, it was other people or situations. In the end, he knew his mother would be there for him and if she wasn't them then there would be his brothers. Since going to Walt, this protection is no longer there and while he's not timid when it comes to first meeting people as he used to be, he is timid around situations that he feels might be bad or people who seem like they don't like him. Chip isn't always the best at telling when a situation is a bad one but once he gets that feeling, he panics. Since he's not quite sure how to get out of those situations without his mother around it leaves him feeling a bit nervous and unsure about things.
Reckless
Always acting like he was younger than he actually is means that Chip doesn't feel the need to worry about picking up the pieces after something has happened. His entire life, he's never had to deal with the major consequences of the real world as he was always sheltered from it by his mother. During his little 'adventures' with some of his brothers drugs, he didn't think there would be any downfall and so far he has yet to see one so he continues his reckless behaviors without even realizing that it's a bad thing.
Thank you! They really aren’t. That’s a shame though, cuddles are the best things in the world. Maybe one day when i’m not so busy i’ll giveher like flowers or something nice to brighten her day. She won’t be so grumpy then. Well, my boyfriend likes the simple things. Gifts from the heart and I guess me coming back is the best thing I could do. Cheesy I know. Are you new here, Chip? Or have you been here for a while. I felt a bit incomplete I needed to come back where I belong. I went back home to LA for a while. It wasn’t…that fun
Are they your favorite thing in the whole world? I think they might be close to my favorite. That'd be nice. What kind of flowers do you think she likes? Maybe she'd like some candy, candy makes me happier. There you go, that was a good idea. Sometimes cheesy can be good, don't you think. Yep! I'm pretty new, I just go there a while ago. Did you go here for a long time before you left? That sucks but if you like it better here then I'm glad your back!
I had a few back home but I only brought one with me. I don’t keep it out or anything. Just for when I feel homesick. Uh, I think I followed what you said. I wouldn’t know but it sounds like a good thing. Eh, it’s good and bad. We don’t always see eye to eye on things. Hmm, I really couldn’t say which was the most fun. But just having the adventure is the best part.
Only one? I don't think I could do that, I barely got by after I left the ones that I did. Sometimes that's how people are, that's how I am with my brothers but in the end he cares about you, right? I agree! It's what makes finding the thing that much better because you get the memories of the adventure and everything that came with it, right?
I do. I do like it. You know I’m wondering the same thing. I’ve met her before and she wasn’t that nice the first time either. Maybe she’s just a naturally grumpy person. Yeah, exactly! She was nice. Haha, naaah, i’m supposed to be a gift type thing..for my boyfriend. It should count. Thank you! That’s okay, I’m Wally. Nice to meet you Chip.
It's a pretty cool bow. People who are grumpy aren't any fun to be around but maybe she just never gets cuddled or complimented or something, that would be enough to make someone grouchy. That's a cool gift. How did you come up with that idea? That's really smart. It's no problem. It's nice to meet you Wally. So why are you back here? Where did you go? What was it like being gone?
