oh my god where do i even start?? absolutely magnificent vocals by akugetsu and park byeong hoon as usual.

ivan’s voice slowly fading out of the song, the lack of that beautiful monologue, because it never happened where till could hear, he never got the answers, all he was left with was pieces of a puzzle he was too young and angry to put together.

there’s this odd cut at around the 1 minute mark of the song, where till’s voice is more like his older rebel self, the same cadence in karma (till ver) which makes me believe that he is harmonizing with a recording of wiege sung by ivan, most likely a damaged version which would explain why ivan’s voice fades out so quickly.

as for karma, karma is a song performed by lovers always, mizisua, hyunluka, by people who understood that they loved and were in return loved, no matter how unfair or how painful that love was, it was still love.

till performs karma alone, he only realized he was loved and returned that love, when it was too late, do-overs do not exist, no matter how hard he tries or how loud he sings, ivan is still gone, he is gone with the belief that he was never loved, there’s a raw desperation in how akugetsu sings karma, how he tries so hard to convey something to someone who can never hear him.
