A message to buyers, from a seller on Ebay
-Understand it’s a delivery window if you aren’t given an exact date. Also free and “Fast n Free” aren’t the same. -Understand if you aren’t buying from a company the seller may run into personal issues that prevent immediate shipment, like another job or post office hours -Understand if your item is heavy the seller has to actually get to an open post office which may not happen as quickly as you want within the first day, especially if the item wasn’t a dedicated end time product where the seller couldn’t have known you’d purchase it at that exact time. -Understand the seller expects you to read all information in the description and if you can’t be bothered to read it, it’s very stressful to the seller when you complain about problems that could have been avoided. -Understand the seller is probably doing their best, and deserves to be treated as a person, not yelled at because of unavoidable issues
PLEASE respect your seller. We’re doing our best and selling on Ebay isn’t as easy as it sounds sometimes. NOW IF YOUR SELLER IS TRULY A BUTT FACE, you can always rate them poorly. They may not want their rating to go down, but it’s still more respectful to rate them poorly than to all caps rage at them. Thank you.
