A map of tension and support Pojednávám úzkosti spojené s deteriorací mezilidských vztahů důsledkem stěhování. Života mimo etablovanou komunitu, pocity aliance. Co jsme schopni udělat kvůli práci, škole, partnerovi? Sami sebe vytrhnout a zasadit do nového kontextu. Znovu definovat sebe. Dráty mě provází cestou, textil a příze pomáhají krátit čas. Soustředím se pouze na počítání, opakující se pohyb rukou. Poskytují soustředění a ochrannou bublinu i v nepříznivém prostředí hromadné dopravy. Je to nejblíže co se dostanu k meditaci. Vezu si je s sebou, lemují stěny tunelu, křižují prostor nad kolejemi a spojují jehlice v mých rukách. V jejich absenci se spirála nebezpečně stahuje. Budu mezi prvními kdo se nechá vpustit do jejich smotků.

In queer history, visibility hasn’t always meant safety. That's why queer women have long used hidden symbols, coded language, and subtle signs to find each other, express identity, and build community — often in plain sight. This poster series dives into that visual vocabulary: from the carabiner on a belt loop to a sprig of lavender in a vase, each piece honors the rich, often-overlooked semiotics of queer womanhood. Drawn from history, pop culture and contemporary queer spaces.
