So yesterday I had a cheat day! 😊 I had Vietnamese food with my best friend for her birthday. I weighed in today at 157.8lbs, which I know is just fluctuation but can y’all believe how many inches I’ve lost off my hips?! I’m literally in shock!! 120lbs I’m coming for you!!!

Holy shit!!! I’m 156.6lbs today. This is an official 10.4lbs since starting in December at 167lbs. I can’t believe it 🥲 so proud of me!!
Omg!! 158.6lbs today! 🥰 Another pound down! 38.6lbs more to go! I swear the first 10lbs are always the hardest for me, but once the ball starts rolling it’s much faster.

My "WHAT THE FUCK!" on the scale this morning
So I wake up, get out bed this morning, take my shorts and t-shirt off, and step on the scale. In my sleepiness before reading the number, I remind myself that this is only a number that I use to track progress and that those 4 green tea shots I took 2 days ago weren't that bad for me. I look down without paying attention to the 2nd number of the 3, I see "9" at the end...
I straight up go "WHAT THE FUCK!" Assuming I'm at 169lbs. Then I look at the number next to it, and I go "What the fuck!!! I DID IT!"
So I'm officially in the 150s again! 159.8lbs to be exact! Holy shit I'm so excited and proud of myself, and it was so unexpected with drinking on ketosis.
I started at 167lbs and now I'm at 159.8lbs! YAY! :)

Yesterday I finally broke my “plateau” and today I weighed in at 160.4lbs!!!! Only .4lbs away from the 150s!! Once this month is over, I hope my process stays this fast when I go back to the gym!
Back to 161 today. I’m not really worried about it though. I ate a big dinner + protein shake then did a real workout for the first time in over a month. I did a quick leg workout. I’m so excited to see what tomorrow brings me!

I’m so excited. I stepped on the scale this morning and I have finally broke past 162.6lbs. I had literally been stalled out there 8-9 days. I weighed in at 161.2lbs as of this morning!!!!! Holy shit 🥲
If there’s anything I remember from doing keto the first time, it’s that the initial breakthrough takes soooo long. Once you’re there, it feels so good and it’s going to get faster!
