Okay, so this blog started out as a way to keep track of my favorite works within the Stony fandom, but I decided to make it public in case anyone's hunting for a particular type of fiction. The pieces listed are far from a complete survey of fandom works, but they are works I highly recommend. If you're looking for something specific, you might want to start with the "Tag List" page. If not, have fun! Feel free to shoot me an ask about potential themes or if you need help finding that one fic you forgot to bookmark.

“I don’t even find Steve attractive.” Natasha says, eyes following greedily every drop of coffee the machine pours, for once in her life genuinely unaware of the impact her words are about to cause.

“You know,” Tony mumbles, because Tony never stops talking. “When you say shit like - like that, it’s… It’s hard.” His voice is slurred now, his eyes closed, as if he’s not even sure he’s still saying anything aloud. “Because I know I should believe you, but I – I wanna believe it so bad, so fucking much, that it feels like I shouldn’t. Like, the second I believe it, the other shoe’s gonna drop, and you’re gonna find out you don’t mean it.”

Or: Five Times Steve told Tony he loved him, and one time he didn't need to.

Prompt: "We were both playing wingman for our friends who have now decided to go home together, and after five minutes of conversation we fucking hate each other. Let’s bang it out."

Dummy is not the only one with a secret photo album. Or: JARVIS watches Dummy watching Tony and Steve.
(When JARVIS finds out about the content of DUM-E's Special Memories collection, he decides not to tell Sir. Instead there's a "DUM-E-watching-Sir-and-Captain-Rogers" folder stored deep within JARVIS' servers now. He likes keeping tabs on all his charges, after all.)
(He also can't help finding it adorable when Sir and Captain Rogers fall asleep on the the couch of the workshop, obviously absolutely comfortable in each other's personal space. JARVIS likes to see Sir happy - it's been long overdue.)

Iron Man is a vigilante, mercenary and murderer. He is also, quite clearly, Tony Stark; even if the authorities can't make it stick.
Peter Parker is nearly four, dying, and Iron Man's biggest fan.
They say there's no way Iron Man would come to his birthday party, but Steve isn't one to give up. Even if it does mean he has to go to dinner with a man he'd rather punch in the face.

Waking up with the last six months erased from his mind was bad enough, but apparently some time in that missing period, Steve went from hating Tony to marrying him... or was it all a cover for a mission?

Tony's relationship with Steve Rogers was complicated at best, volatile at worst. It didn't change the fact that they kept ending up sharing a bed. And not in the fun way.

Steve has reigned as king for ten years, and in a few days peace will finally come to his kingdom. Representatives of the Kree Empire are soon to arrive for the negotiations that will end the war between them once and for all. Steve is looking forward to settling down, with his hand-picked Avengers at his side -- led, of course, by the masked knight Iron Man -- and also his trusted advisors, the most beloved of whom is Tony, his court magician, the most powerful mage in all the land.
But when Steve's life is endangered, Tony makes the greatest sacrifice of all to protect his king, a sacrifice far greater than his life. And when Tony disappears under mysterious circumstances, Steve learns that even his closest friends keep secrets that he could never have suspected.

Steve has always believed that a soulbond is a blessing -- a rare and beautiful miracle, joining the thoughts and feelings of two people forever, from the first time they touch. Steve knows he's not going to be one of the lucky ones. He knows Gail isn't his soulmate. But he loves her, even if they're not soulmates, and he's going to do right by her. After the war's over, he's going to marry her, and they're going to settle down. They'll buy a house. They'll have children. He'll see his family again. Maybe Bucky will live next door. It's going to be a good life. He doesn't need a soulbond. He'll be fine without one.
Then Steve wakes up sixty years in the future to find that his wonderful life has moved on without him. His family is long dead. His fiancée married his best friend. And the only purpose he has left is leading the Ultimates, a misbegotten team of superheroes with flaws too numerous to count. Steve hates everything about the future -- but most of all he detests Tony, flashy and flirtatious, who embodies everything Steve hates about a world he never wanted to live in.
And, oh, yeah, Steve has a soulmate after all: Tony fucking Stark.
First off, I've been looking for a blog like this for EVER so thank you!!! Second; do you know of any fics where tony somehow accidentally injures Steve? That in general would be super great but like if there's a lot of those I'd love to see one where the other avengers don't trust tony or something and it's really angst but Steve just wants tony to be OK and he doesn't blame him
I really haven’t seen that many fics that fit this prompt. The hurt/injury pieces I encounter the most often tend to do with Steve and Tony taking care of each other after one or both of them is injured. However, thegraytigress’ 2017 RBB fic Shiver might interest you. Steve is injured and it’s kinda Tony’s fault, however unintentional. There’s a lot of yummy tension and pining!

Steve's not sure if he'll ever understand Tony Stark, but it's good, living here. If he still wakes up sometimes convinced this was all a dream, well, it's better than it was before, and that's something, isn't it?
The Avengers live in a world that both glorifies and fears them, but they know each other now behind the scenes.

Steve's favorite shirt is at the center of a debate about masculinity, sexuality, and whether or not he did in fact steal it like a thief in the night from Tony.

“Mr….Mr. Stark?” the man asked, shaking his head as if to clear it, grip convulsing spasmodically on Tony’s hand.
“That’s me,” Tony responded gruffly. Of course the man recognized him. His face had been everywhere before the whole Iron Man thing and now…well, now…so yeah, totally understandable. Guy was probably thinking of his lawyer’s speed dial number. “Look, ambulance is on its way, okay, so just sit tight. You’re going to be fine.”
“I—I think I missed my date,” the blond man said. And promptly passed out.
Or, how Tony accidentally kidnapped Captain America and then wanted to keep him.
