VIGILANCE VS THE RUST EATER

THE LORE: 
After years of investigating his family's dark curse, Vigilance finally comes face to face with the Rust Eater. This demon- once a beautiful and powerful woman- had pursued Lance's Great-Great Grandfather and was rejected for her vanity. In her despair, she latched her spirit to Vorgray family name and has haunted the Vorgray family ever since. Lance left home with his great-great grandfather's rusted sword, a known conduit of the demons malice, to seek out the demon.
In their final battle Lance cuts the hands of the Demon as it grabs desperately for the heirloom blade. As Lance collapses from the strain of the battle and the demon’s body scatters to the wind, the layer of rust covering the heirloom blade falls away to reveal a wonderous blood red sword.
