Couples I Need To See Once More
the lovely @theflagscene tagged me in this meme back in march and i'm only now getting around to it /o\ better late than never, eh?
Rules: Name ten character couples (not acting pairings) that left you wanting more, even though thereβs no chance of ever seeing them again. Then tag some folks to see who else was left wanting more.
one. petekao, kiss the series/kiss me again/dark blue kiss
it's a shock to absolutely no one that this is my first pick. i love this couple with my entire being, and i would love for us to get a glimpse into their lives now, ten years later. i have my own headcanons, of course, but i would give anything for new petekao content.
two. akkayan, the eclipse
do i even need to explain this? i would love to see what p'golf's vision for their future is. did ayan go away for college? or did he do what we all think he would do and stay for akk? i would love to see them living together, ayan still getting on akk's last nerve but it being nothing but love. gosh, i miss them.
three. jaeyeong & sangwoo, semantic error
i'd love to see them navigate their relationship. i can imagine jaeyeong being a big teddy bear and just always wanting to cuddle, but being soft and supportive with sangwoo and his autism. them having disagreements or misunderstandings but always talking it out and working together.
four. gavreel/cairo, gameboys
okay, so technically we are gonna see them again (if gameboys nyc happens) and i need it. did cairo travel to nyc to visit gav? i would actually love to see gav come back to the phillipines to surprise cairo at the end of his college years. i'd love to see them finally get married. they were my first ever bl couple, the first bl i ever watched, and i will always love them.
five. patpran, bad buddy
yeah yeah, i know this is not an original choice at all, but i can't help but miss them so much. i'd love to see where they went, did they get married, did their parents finally stop bickering, did pat's dad finally apologise for what he did to pran's mum, did they have children...i want my happily ever after with them, please.
six. tinngun, my school president
i would love to see them in college! is the band still going? does tinn still stand there with heart eyes every time gun is in his vicinity? i'd love to see them deal with some more adult type issues? growing up, dealing with internships, moving in together...gosh, i need a rewatch.
seven. jeonguchoco, choco milk shake
how chaotic is the cafe with them all working there? how are jeong u and choco progressing in their relationship, how is jeong u coping with choco only being able to stay for a certain amount of time...i know this series has been slated for a season 2, but i'll believe it when i see it ;_;
eight. aidichenyi, kiseki: dear to me
I NEED MY AI DI BACK which will probably never happen because it seems like louis has distanced himself from bls but i miss him so much ;_; i'd love to see them progress; fighting all the time, stupid jealousy, being bestmen for their friends, being out of the gangster life and just trying to live normal lives. ai di still trying to kill people for the most silliest of things and chen yi just throwing him over his shoulder and carrying him away, kicking and yelling. GIVE ME MY FERAL BABY BACK.
nine. tehohaew, i told sunset about you/i promised you the moon
i'd love to see them work on their new start together; maybe even couples therapy or something. i can imagine oh-aew still having insecurities after what teh did, but wanting to work on it. would they be married? kids? (i also just really miss pp and bilkin in a series together; i've yet to watch the red envelope, but i miss them.)
ten. karanachi, cherry magic thai
yeah yeah, another taynew but sue me. give me married life. give me them with a kid. give me literally anything of them. i'll watch them sit in an empty room doing nothing.
