March to Camelot: an arthurian palette challenge for March 2026
When: March 1st to 31st Rules: The objective is to try to draw something Arthurian inspired by each word prompt using the palette provided. This could be anything from a full illustration to a character design, but it must be a drawing or illustration of some kind (animations are also acceptable but no moodboards). You have 5 days to complete each prompt, except for the last prompt where you get 6 days. The intention behind this challenge was always to get people making art that engages with Medieval literature and lets them play with their own interpretations of Arthuriana. To that end I'm afraid this year I am asking people not to submit fanart of Merlin BBC or other popular modern adaptations since that is not the point of this challenge. If you're looking for Arthurian inspiration I can recommend checking out the @arthurianpreservationproject, which has lots of resources for texts including an intro to Arthuriana. Finally, remember to tag your work #march to camelot or @ me so I can reblog and share your work. Happy drawing!
I haven't posted my yuri here!!! They are from my scrap pack storyline that I'm working on, slightly toxic, forbidden romance, set in the Steampunk 1860s.

Late entry to brush week 2025 with my OC Firecracker! I had such a fun time using the different themes while keeping the personality and design of them recognizable. Yipee!!
Frankenstein 2025 sketch dump. From least to most recent. You can really see when I start understanding the creature’s design.
Barely had time to make Halloween art this year so take my comfort necromancer yuri

I have been stricken with a strange malaise where all i can think about. Is him. It’s been over ten years since I watched this movie. Anyways. Rotta the Huttlet fanart.
honestly the best part of being an artist is making art only comprehensible to a select group of people. Nobody else will get it but their reaction make it all worthwhile

Happy Pride from the Scrap Pack!
Sometimes a family is two (former) best friends reluctantly joining forces to mentor a powerful yet unstable teenager, and their respective partners.
The setting the scrap pack is from wouldn’t celebrate pride as we know it, but I still want them to celebrate it. Flags were chosen to match the characters specifically.
