He would grab Cas, slam him against the nearest wall and then get angry

He'd yell, "You can't fucking do that!" he slams him against the wall, shoving Sam back, who's trying to stop him. Eyes fixed on Cas

"You can't say any of that shit and then die on me before I even get a chance to think about how I feel about it. I am sick and tired of everyone killing themselves in front of me like it doesn't fuck with my head. Like it's what's best for me. Well, guess what?" he angrily riffles through his pockets with one hand, grabbing Cas's left wrist with the other. "Never again. Not a goddamn chance."

He slips a ring around Cas' ring finger, harsh and demanding. The sigils carved into them glow as Dean slips a ring onto his own left ring finger

Sam squawks, "You planned this???" but ultimately goes ignored

Dean points at Cas' face, getting the angel to look him square in the face, "You were my last straw. So here's the deal. If you die, I die. Till death do us part, you feathered bastard."

They don't kiss

Dean just walks back to the Impala in a huff, leaving Cas positively stunned. Sam trying to process what the hell Dean was thinking when it dawns on him

"Is this why you made me get ordained??? You don't even have a witness"

"God is my witness, bitch."
