I haven’t put makeup on all week. I’m pale as a ghost. My eyebrows need some TLC. But this is me and I finally don’t feel the need to justify that. A year ago living was the last thing I wanted to do and today I couldn’t feel any more alive. THIS is why you have to keep fighting – Because one day you will wake up and the numbness will be gone. Your heart won’t feel so heavy and you will realize that it was worth the fight.

It's been hard this week, my motivation sacked.. BUT I got through all my workouts, only got the one at Sunday left! And I'm really proud of myself for getting trough it! This week is the only week I've felt like I really needed my squad at the gym, but none of them came along, because they where to tired from their midday sleep.. And I get that you where tired and all, but I needed them! And they didn't show up, and that sucked.. But I did my work, I completed it! And that feels amazing, and I now know that I am capable of so much more than I ever thought. I'm stronger than I've ever been, and I'm starting to see some results!

Hey guys could you do me a huge favor and report this fraudulent company on instagram who have stolen multiple photos of mine, and while I have no idea what that language is, I can only assume they’re claiming that my results were achieved by using their bullshit product, which is obviously not the case. It infuriates me that there are companies like this out there who have no integrity and are willing to scam and lie to innocent (and usually desperate) people just to make a buck. It’s honestly just disgusting. Plus the fact they have over 50k “followers” yet only get 20 likes on a photo is just additional evidence of their unscrupulous business practices (if you have to buy followers to give the impression you have a “popular” product you’re really just pathetic and deceitful). So please report them for me, and please don’t fall for ridiculous weightloss scams, the only magic pills out there are hard work and consistency!
