It's PUSH time .. it's supposed to be a 30-day challenge, but! it took me a week to finish the first day. I did the first day's exercise, then on day two I couldn't get past what I wrote for Day 1. It wasn't sitting right with me. Took two days of re-reading it over and over for me to realize it was right for whobI was, not who I want to be .. sooo kept editing, tweaking, and adjusting until I felt right.
