I struggled with this pose for so long but I gave up its good enough for my gay heart. They are so in love your honour!!

"Of course I was, it was the first I had seen you laugh. You have an infectious laugh, you know that?" Based on a flashback of these two from my fanfic. Aurora was so deep in depression, and Simon was pretending he was okay. They helped pull each other up, and it melts my heart thinking about them as kids.

I was going to attempt a colour pallet challenge but then I locked in too much and now its just normal art sorry not sorry-

Prologue art of these two being totally normal friends, so normal, just two friends. Not seen is that Aurora is actually shirtless in this, his clothes got wet and Simon could not handle the gay panic, so he forced is coat onto Aurora.

Aurora is not a good cook, he has been banned from the kitchen. Eleanor was brave enough to try and teach him, but smart enough to not let him near the stove. He can work a knife though!

One of the rare moments I don't draw epilogue or prologue, this actually is based on a scene of them in Canalta Timberlands. That's why some of the scars on Aurora's arms aren't on other drawings.

In my epilogue these two get a house together. Rudy does barge into it a lot initially because he's used to doing so at the castle, but he very quickly learns that's a bad idea and to knock.

I posted my stickers and prints yesterday, but I didn't want to make the post too long so I'm using today to talk about the designs a bit more!

Seeing how much people were turning on trans people with the political climate I wanted to draw something in response. When this phrase crossed my mind I couldn't get it out. I decided to lean more to typographic art to express my feelings.

Admittedly, the main reason I used roses as decoration is because roses are really important to me, so as someone who is trans it was a way to put myself in the artwork. I later learned that roses might have some ties to trans imagery, which was kid of cool

my intersex design admittedly came a fair bit later. A lot of moves being taken against trans people effect intersex people too, but they tend not to be talked about in these kinds of discussions as much. So I decided to turn my one idea into a set.

I researched a bit about flower meanings, trying to decide what flower to use. I wanted to find a way to recreate the ring in the intersex flag using the flower. I then learned about orchids being a symbol used for intersexism rights. It seems that the process often forced on some intersex children shares the same greek root as the flower does. (source) I used the fact that orchids often have patterning on them to create the ring and also was able to have the flowers have meaning instead of just being decorative.

Overall, I'm happy with how they came out. I didn't want to overcomplicate them, just a clear message and meaning.

Just in time for the first day of Pride its these two kissing. I had other gay art but then my friends kept drawing them kissing so I had to too. Then I saw a photo of two people lying in the leaves kissing and was possessed.

Rare moment where I draw Aurora with someone other than Simon. He and Eleanor both start out as great sword users, but after losing Simon Aurora switches to long sword in memorium (I did it because I like how many times I can smack things)

It does make me laugh how much tanner Aurora looks when he's next to actually white characters, because I always draw him next to Simon its less noticable.

I may have had a little a lot of fun with this one. I didn't intend for it to come out as hot as it did, but I am not complaining.

I spent so much time on the stained glass, even though it was just a background piece. First thing Aurora does epilogue, after renouncing his title as prince (my headcannon) is kiss Simon. In front of everyone. He deserves it.

Wanted to draw something wholesome so I drew young Simon and Aurora hatching one of Aurora's monsters, Scuttles the Nerscylla! She was the first monster Aurora hatched himself, she's fire-aspect and based on my main in Monster Hunter Stories 3. Scuttles carried me through that game, I love her so much.

Aurora hates wearing jackets, he feels trapped in them. Even long sleeved shirts can trigger his anxiety. Luckily Simon's coat is warm enough for the both of them.

Aurora loves drawing and doing art, but since he usually draws with charcoal he constantly makes a mess. Simon is a little too used to having to clean the prince up.
