I’ve been really struggling lately. I gained 16 lbs over winter break and I’m almost 300 lbs again. Stress and emotions have pushed me to binge eat lots of junk food. Money is also a faster. It’s crazy how much cheaper it is to eat unhealthy foods than healthy. I look forward to building myself back up in 2019.
