Another oldie of Vax and Zerxus. We don't talk enough about the vengeance paladin who became an angel and the redemption paladin who became a devil. And their ginger half-elven love interests who traverse the planes by the power of Tree.
I'm not caught up yet, but I find it very funny how, apparently, in Zerxus' retelling of calamity events Asmodeus is depicted as this big hulking monster-type demon.
Like, Zerxus, babe. He did *not* look like that and you know it.
Do you think he's embarrassed to admit that Asmo looked like his husband and he projected a lot of weird feelings onto him? Cause that's like, objectively hilarious.
[After a discussion of how some people want their stories/games/characters to be “about something” and others just want to engage in the stories/games/characters.]

Brennan: There’s a deep— it’s a really profound— it is a character that, for me, in the canon of literature, is one of my favorite characters of all time.

Well, thanks, and thank you for your part in that because you were an amazing partner, and I loved your Evandrin and your Elias, and all the other characters that you play for everybody else. You have such care in helping them feel— us all feel like our— the people that we have made matter to us. You embody them with that same care, and it’s… Thank you for that.

I was tidying up a room, and right in the middle of it I saw a massive grandfather clock. At some point I noticed it had the AO3 symbol on it, so obviously I decided to take a picture and post it on Tumblr.
Except I accidentally captioned it, “guys check this out, I’ve got the one and only AO3 grandfather cock.”
I realized immediately, but by the time I reblogged it with “CLOCK” in all caps, it was too late. It had already done numbers on this hellsite.

Like, we're going to get by on vague prophecies but also prophecies are magic which is evil. Divine right of kings but no divinity. Mirrors and mirrors but no windows.
Last year I started designing a series of Coat of Arms, themed in the spirit of Pride Month and using different mythological creatures as heraldic animals. I now aim to turn these designs into wearable pins and will be running a Kickstarter in July to fund this endeavor! I have found a very trustworthy local manufacturer, who has already shown the quality of their craftsmanship with the first batch of test pins I received, just look at the detail they were able to produce!
Since I try to support local manufacturers, which produce pins with fair wages and are more ethical than outside of Europe, the pins are more expensive to create than through the usual pipeline via Asia.
I therefore seek to crowdfund the expenses since they would be more than I can afford. Woah it's not even 5 in the morning im earrrlyyy (who cares its white nights here at this time of the year and the sun is almost up already). um, anyway-
made this for some people that keep asking these. Mostly in tiktok, but sometimes here as well.
was debating on the last page, if i even should add it. It had different text, and even different setting, but it was too similar to the previous page... and then i sketched this and people in discord were destroyed, ao i was like, okay im adding that in.
I... i honestly lost the logic of Alastor's time manipulation, but it's there trust, i'm just dumb, and i could grasp the logic of that plan only for a short time, that was enough to sketch everything out, and then i lost it.
But basically, Alastor cut out 2 days, so if Vox catches on the leap year thing, Al would still have one day for safety. Or if vox suspected that Alastor somehow messed with calendars (which he did) and decided to wait one more day. But basically Alastor was pretending the whole year that he's not planning to look for any ways out, and kept playing the docile boyfriend role, so Vox wouldn't be suspicious.
And he even found some random alcoholic to chellenge Vox and make him drink to blackout (Vox knows Alastor has higher Alcohol tolerance and if Alastor would suggest a challenge, he would be suspicious of it)
I even had a whole scene in my head with said alcoholic and Alastor hiring him, bit then i decided that the comic doesn't need 10 pages of backstory for this random guy, so it never made it even in the first draft. Basically it's all in the dialogue, but in case you didn't get it because of course someone didn't: his wife sold his child for some drugs, and he made a deal with Alastor that Alastor would put her on the broadcast for a favour in return.
Usually Alastor doesn't do "requests" or even "commissions" (lol) because like. First of, radio is his form of art, his hobby, and he knows better than anyone when you try to make a profit out of your hobby, it stops being a hobby. That's why i don't do commissions too, haha. But in this case he's really despearte, and doesn't have much to offer to a random alcoholic he doesn't know, and being the asking position isn't his style.
Also, at this point i realised that to most people in hell in the alvox relationships Alastor is the predator, taking advantage of this cute naive newby in hell (10 years being dead is nothing) (Alastor has been dead for just slightly over 30 years, and in scale of eternal suffering it's also nothing, but people tend to forget that because of his power).
Somewhere like 60 years later, on r/radiodemon someone asks "how bad of a person you should be for TRD call you a monster?". Theories, theories...
