I wonder why people get mad at themselves for sleeping in. It's understandable if you have a commitment like a job or a funeral to attend that you can't miss. But, why be mad when it's a day off? Or a day where for once in your busy life, you can just lounge around on your sofa in your intimates and eat bon bons all day. Sometimes sleeping in until Noon is what your body and your mind needed.

Just look at me. I used to sleep in until 5 pm. I finally started taking control of my sleep schedule and now I go to bed at 2 am and get up when my alarm goes off at 11 am. But, I remember hitting my alarm once and then all of a sudden I woke up and it was 12:10 pm. I was a little angry with myself because I finally have my sleep schedule on track and I ruined it by over sleeping.

Silly isn't it?

Sometimes sleeping in until Noon is what my body and mind needs and that's okay.
