Getting my day off on the right foot is so important! #Breakfast is my fave meal of the day, and I make sure I do it right! Egg whites for my protein with a little bit of Amy's salsa, free from preservatives or unnecessary ingredients. Oh, and btw, delish! I love my whole oats for a good complex carb source, sweetened with #Stevia and blueberries, with SEVERAL dashes of cinnamon. 😋 As if the blueberries aren't nutritious enough, I ramp up my antioxidant load and adaptogens with my awesome stress inhibiting hot tea! (but only after I get my first of 7 #BlenderBottles of water down).
