If I could have your attention for one minute I want to talk about an upcoming game I’m REALLY excited about

It’s called Draconia and it’s an open-world survival sandbox RPG game where you play as a dragon.

If you’re like me you probably love video games and such that feature dragons BUT get frustrated that often the focus is on slaying dragons, or on human political intrigue, or some other non-dragon nonsense.  Have no fear.  Draconia is going to give us everything we crave.

It looks SUPER pretty 

Choose one of several dragons, hunt to feed yourself, find water sources to drink from and develop your character through various tasks and events.

Draconia features: 

Character Customization: Give your character a custom name, change its pattern, colors and body parts, such as horns or tail tips or choose from pre-made textures.

Character Leveling: Complete tasks, quests and events to level your character and make it stronger. Spend talent points to increase your dragon’s traits.​

Optional PvP: Play on servers without being afraid of being attacked by other players. Simply disable PvP in your character profile and enable it if you want to have a battle with someone else. 

Group and Clan System: Go on your journey and bring your friends with you by inviting them to your group or creating your own clan, which allows you to announce events and keep track of your members progress. 

Create useful items:  Build a hoard to hide all your treasures in, create objects which improve your dragons stats or add temporary buffs.

Nesting: Build and defend a nest and raise your own dragon hatchling.

Questing: Find and complete several one-time and repeatable quests.

​Interactive Environment:  Interact with several objects in your environment to gain useful buffs or uncover more parts of the story.

Dragon Dens: Earn yourself a place you can call home. Unlock and upgrade your own den to live a more comfortable dragon life.

It will have a single-player offline mode and an online mode where you can interact with others, either with or without PVP.

Your character is customizeable and if they meet their stretch goals, new players could even start out as hatchlings.  If you pledge enough money on their crowdfunding campaign, you can get custom decorations, items, even another species!

You will be able to play as many different species, 6 species of dragon and various smaller wildlife.  Another stretch goal is to build a humanoid species that has mechanics for farming and dragon breeding and riding.

Draconia is currently trying to fund its project through Indiegogo. (Link)   They are not offering exclusive content as a play-to-win system and nothing will be behind a paywall.

This game looks extremely beautiful, well thought out, and fun to play.  The creators clearly care a lot about this and have put their heart and souls into it.  I want to see this happen.  It will be released on Steam.  If this seems like something you would like to play or exist, please consider contributing to their Indiegogo or Patreon, or reblogging this to get the word out!  Thanks :)

~10 Kinds Of Magical Books~

1. Book Of Shadows- A witch’s book of spells, rituals, personal feelings, etc. It is a general book for any metaphysical or religious information that you wish to put into it, among other things.

2.Bestiary- A sometimes hand-written encyclopedia or manual of mythological and magical creatures and beings, used for reference when you want to work with a non-human energy, or for general research. 

3.Grimoire- Usually filled with tables and charts, lists relating to astrological, numerical, and color correspondences; properties of crystals, herbs, trees, etc. Contains moon phase meanings and medicinal properties of plants- This one has an old-timey textbook feel to it, usually.

4.Book Of Mirrors- a special journal, where you ‘reflect’ on things going on in your day to day life, providing deep insights which are invaluable when you’re doing work regarding personal growth. Very helpful with developing personal spiritual philosophies.

5.Book Of Moons- A book entirely relating to the moon and it’s cycles, names of the moons of each month, their attributes and energies, dates of lunar eclipses as well as full moon dates of upcoming moons. Filled with vast knowledge of lunar attributes and special dates of red moons, blue moons, etc.

6.Dream Journal- Here you record the dreams you have in as much detail as you can remember, and some people draw images from their dream adventures in this book as well, since dreams use the language of symbolism and imagery. You interpret the meanings of your dreams in here too, if you wish. Dreams can help us get a glimpse into our subconscious and the more dreams you write the easier it becomes for you to remember them.

7. Book of Visions- A vision book is used with the law of attraction, it is a ‘vision board’ in book form. Put different images of things you want in life, be they experiences, physical items, money, health, etc, in the pages of the book. Open the book up to pictures of what you want to visualize having. Think of this as an on-the-go vision board, except with much more space as there are so many pages!

8.Book Of Positive Aspects- At the top of each page you write the name of a topic that you are unhappy with, like ‘the workplace’  for example. Below the topic title you begin listing all the positive aspects of the subject, and by the end of your list your emotions will be in a much better place regarding the topic. You can do a list a day or many in one sitting, it is a valuable tool for cultivating positive energy or for switching viewpoints on things that normally would upset you.

9.Gratitude Journal- A book where you write about EVERYTHING you are thankful and appreciative for in your life right now. You feel overwhelmed with love and positivity when writing in this book, which aids you in raising your vibration and frequency.

10. Book Of Intuitions- a psychic journal, it’s a book where all divination and psychic exercises are recorded, ranging from full tarot spreads, to tea leaf readings, even psychic impressions you pick up off people. It’s handy for tracking progress as well as for record keeping.

Dragon’s Hoard

Hello all!  It’s been a bit since I put out a draconic spell!  We all know how dragons are fiercely protective of what is theirs, so here is a spell to protect your personal belongings and even your personal space!

Things you will need:

A space to set up a grid of sorts

A symbolic item that represents your valuables

A sheet of paper with an overhead sketch of your room lay out if you are protecting your space

Black Lava salt or Black Ritual Salt

Thorns

red pepper flakes

Cayenne pepper

Incense (Preferably Sun or Dragons Blood but this is up to you!)

First step:

Mix together your salt, red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper focusing your energy into it in a fierce protective wave.  Place your mixture in the window on the night of the new moon to charge it up with it’s banishing and protective energy. Place your thorns here too to charge them up as well! Light your incense next to it (although half of the incense will suffice - if you can’t burn incense, leave your mixture in the window for an extra night to get an extra boost in energy).

If you are protecting your valuables and personal belongings

Grab one or two things to be a symbolic representation.  Like maybe a few gemstones or some jewelry.  Preferably smaller things because otherwise you will have a mess to clean up later.  Pour a circle of your salt and spice mixture around your chosen items, focusing on that strong protective energy encompassing your personal belongings.  Next arrange your thorns, points facing away from your items all around it.  

If you are protecting your personal space

Draw out on a sheet of paper the lay out of your room (or full house/apartment).  After that is done, lay your thorns on the outer most corners of your space, pointing outwards.  Then draw a line between them with the salt and spice mixture.  Focus on it encompassing your entire space in a protective barrier and anyone who dares cross will be ravaged.

The final steps

Light your incense again (this would make it better to use half of your incense on the first step and then the other half here).  Focus on it consecrating and “locking” your protection spell into place.  After your incense has finished burning, here comes the waiting part.  You need to let these things sit for a few days to really “sink in”.  Three days is ideal.  After your wait is up, you may clean up your spice and salt.  I would throw it out at this point since most of the energy you charged it with will be gone at this point.  However, if you really want to you can recycle it and recharge it.  But all and all you are finished!  You will have to recast this spell as time wears on because its effects can fade.

When the Mistress made me she was full of angry things, that’s why so am I.

She pulled red threads over skin too tight and she couldn’t turn me, so all the ugliness I was supposed to hide was out for all to see. Like little crisscrossing scars. But that’s alright.

She messed up my head a little bit, stitch, stitch stitching. She fixed it as much as she could, and in the process she found pause.

She looked at me, me, for the first time. And sighed.

She rubbed her eyes and let go of me almost completely, and I thought she would forget about me.

But she didn’t.

She put more gentle things in me this time. Not for the sake of the enemies of our Kingdom, but for mine. So I wouldn’t feel so alone.

Instead of nails she gave me a hawthorn berry for a heart, and soft, soft cotton.

And then she brushed her thumb across my cheek and clothed me.

“Why?” The others said.

“So he feels no cold.”

And then she gave me a sword, the only sword, and I felt special.

“Why?” The others asked.

“You never send a soldier to war unarmed.”

She pressed her lips against my forehead and her warm air filled my head. 

“A witch’s kiss is a blessed thing,” they said.

She tugged on the seams of my pepper filled legs and the rosemary in my chest swelled. Maybe the mint in my cheeks blushed, but just a little bit.

She gave me hematite so my will would be strong and shiny, and then she whispered it was my duty to look after the Junglegreen.

“Protect us all, my brave little soldier.” And before she left she turned and over her shoulder blew me a final kiss.

This is my mission!

There are no other soldiers. I’m the one and only. I protect the Junglegreen and the Mistress day and night. I march between the Pottedplants and am a diplomat with the Faepeople, I see who can visit the kingdom or not, depending if they’re good at heart.

When the Mistress made me she didn’t have to love me, but she did.

And so I love her back.

I do not know anyone by the name of Carrigan and I know very well that this is a very dangerous scam. If you receive a call from a number, and they ask you if you would like a job for $15.00/h, HANG UP IMMEDIATELY. If you accept the “job” offer, and you go in for an interview, they will give you a drugged bottle of water and you will wake up somewhere you don’t want to be. These phone calls & texts are from a human trafficking service, and if you oblige to them, you will be sold to people and you will be raped, no doubt about it. So PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER THESE CALLS OR TEXTS. I have listened to the voicemails, and allowed my dad to do the same, and he learned that anyone offering a $15.00/h “job” is a human trafficker.
