@spineliott​ No, there are no blood-sucking spiders that have been described. The closest thing would be the jumping spider, Evarcha culicivora, that prefers to prey on female mosquitoes that have recently taken a blood meal. Like a little mosquito gusher. Yum. Of course they are aptly named vampire jumping spiders!
