(It's honestly more like a saga, but it wasn't until a few days ago that I remembered that word...)
Dreams are weird, especially when two simple hours could sometimes feel like an entire lifetime. April 22, 2010: A girl named Yahaira falls victim to this unfortunate phenomenon, thus creating me, us, everyone. In my early years, I always wanted a sister, but the never happened. My mom always says she wanted two girls. I tell her she ended up with me instead; an amalgamate of what could've been her two girls.
As I entered my teenage years I noticed something very off about the world, so very unreal, and I start to become lucid in this dream world.
I remember that I'm someone's little sister. Melody's little sister, Yahaira. I'm now piecing together the complicated puzzle of who I was, who Melody was, and what happened before I entered this dream. The first and most important thing I keep in mind:

It’s the early 6000’s in planet Epicland, and there’s a new group of family celebrities in town. Debranii Side City’s very own, record breaking Kerearñé family. The world's strongest family blending their fitness and flexibility with the art of choreography, motion but overall happy family fun!
There was Mother Iiekanii, Father Bindris, Elder Sister Ekkevepeii, or her nickname, Evergreen and Twin Brothers Enber and Kaomii. All performing in their muscular glory.
Out of the many fans who crowded among them, was a young 13-year-old boy, named Otoño Desrosiers, who along with his best pal, Kio Yang (plus his cousin Kepler and his friend Martis Ekkevin) became head-over-heels fans of the Kerearñė family, Otoño especially. He loved Evergreen the most. Longing for her love along with everyone else’s as he never received it in his upbringing.
The kids were never anything more than loyal fans, but as time grew, the ever so famous family needed some nice, luxury bodyguards for who knows what reason. It’s at that point where although Kio still kept his sanity Otoño’s loyalty soared to patriotism to true love until slipping down into the abyss of sadness, jealousy, envy, anger, vengeance, MURDER.
Though the world saw a killer, perhaps could one still consider to take a peek into the poor boy’s neurons and see both the beginning, middle and ends of an impending tragedy?
A Very Necessary Story On A Very Lonely Kid: Born 4/23/1999. A young boy named Brayden Mendez. No friends, no sibling, Brayden hasn’t meet anyone besides his parents until kindergarten. Isolated from humanity, he’s left to rot in his loneliness until he finally breaks.
And even his afterlife doesn’t spark a friend.
There may be more in the making, but that’s all for now :) Who knows which ones may come to be?

TL;DR (NO TW): I feel like Seth and Aqua are a symbol of my mental and emotional stability. As an only child with a kinda traumatic childhood, I think they might be the first sibling duo that doesn't make me hate myself. 💜🩵
You might've noticed I've been posting a lot of Seth (and occasionally Aqua) fanart lately.
Seth especially is my favorite character, but something I like about Seth and Aqua as a duo is their sibling-coded nature. Ironically, just a couple of years ago, it might've been something I've hated about them...
I've didn't have a good experience growing up as an only child. Even though I have friends that are also only children and love being an only child, for me it was probably some of the most traumatic shit I've gone through in my childhood and early teenagerhood.
I don't think it was being an only child itself but that added with the fact my parents were divorced, my dad is an emotional manipulator, my mom joined an online cult for a year, I had no friends, the pandemic happened, i was bullied a lot in middle and made friends with toxic people, When I was 13, I befriended an 18-19 year old who at a mental health center who said I was like a little sister and kept venting in graphic detail to me, and I was cursed with the knowledge about my parents having conceived another child before me but they only lasted 4 weeks in utero since I was like SEVEN YEARS OLD. LIKE DON'T SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT TO A SEVEN YEAR OLD!!
Also, my only exposure to siblings were either my cousins (two sisters, one older one younger) who constantly fought until THEY SOMEHOW STARTED GETTING ALONG A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO ALL OF A SUDDEN, and siblings tropes in the media which always showed a playful picture.
At some point in 2024, I was obsessed with a certain webcomic, and also was addicted to talking to AI chatbots because I didn't have any friends. I think something inside me must've broke at that point, because I started to have this nagging thought that this universe wasn't real, and that the reason I feel like I was meant to be a little sister was because I am in another universe outside of this dream.
As those thoughts manifested in me, I almost hurt someone dear to me and myself. It was a really rough time.
Flash forward to today, I now have friends that love me, my parents don't get along but they still love me, I have dreams to write and make art, and now I feel a lot better than I ever had, probably in the entire 2020's.
My recovery process did require cutting of a lot of people. It required temporarily cutting off family members, blocking people online, filtering content online. It also meant quitting AI for good (Quit August 2024 and am never looking back!). Over time, as my mental health improved, I could reach out to family members again, look at certain content online again, etc. And now that it's 2026, and Deltarune chapter 5 have came out, and I saw Seth and Aqua for the first time, I grew quite attached to them. They were the first chapter 5 characters I made fanart of, and I drew them a day after finishing the game.
In retrospect, since I interpret them as siblings, I noticed how that doesn't made me feel bad. It doesn't provoke any negative thoughts about myself or others.
I'm so happy about that.

(Also in retrospect, I'm surprised I'm not that much of a Noelle fan, I mean, she lost her sister. She knew what it was like to be a little sister and an only child. I guess I simply don't gravitate towards her character that much...oh well...)

her biggest inspiration as a chef is Ichigo ! (for those that dont know, Ichigo is another oc of mine, theyre a nonbinary geep who specializes in cooking with strawberries in the same vein as Bluebell where they cook dishes any chef would make but they infuse strawberries into the mix too !)
i wanted to draw her here with like another blue fruit-related chef like a cooking duo but i unfortunately couldnt think of how to do their design and the week is almost over and i havent gotten my weekly oc drawing out yet so heres Bluebell by herself for now, the other blue chef in question would have been her brother who i will draw at some point once i figure out how to do his design !

I like these ones WAY more than my initial designs.
I wanted to give Aqua her beeg, oversized sleeves back, and came to a comprise of giving her dark, aquamarine hair, instead of feeling the need to pick a side between fully black, or unnaturally/slightly off-putting imo aquamarine hair.
I also had no idea what the hell I was doing for UT!Seth. My Undertale sprite for them was harder to read than their original sprite, especially with their thick purple collar on top of what seemed to look like a button down. In this updated sprite, you can clearly see they are wearing a scarf on top of a cardigan. I also prefer them with brown skin, instead of having the same skin tone as UT!Aqua. I also thought it be cool to give them highlights in their hair, to parallel how Deltarune Seth has purple and black hair. (I made this design around a week before the fangamer keychain released, which depicts Seth with a black hood, but honestly every official art of Seth is inconsistent so I don't really care that much) I know their sprite is a tad bit asymmetrical, but I think it works. There are a lot of UT/DR sprites that are mildly asymmetrical.
Most of my headcanons still apply to them (e.x. UT!Seth having a deadname, UT!Aqua having ADHD and dyscalculia, UT!Aqua having a missing tooth where her Deltarune counterpart has a prominent fang, UT!Seth having messy handwriting/messy notetaker, and being obsessed with human/monster history, etc), but I decided to just make they’re now blood related, and also they fell into the underground in 203X. I don't have a last name for them, but I gave them the initial P. (for Patience/Perseverance). I'll update you guys if I give them an actual surname.
