Okay I know I've reblogged a bunch of cute fanart of Casualties: Unknown, and the game really is fantastic, but anyone planning to try it needs to mind the content warnings. It has one of the most in-depth medical systems ever implemented in a game, which means you can die (and recover) from almost any condition you can imagine, and your character will have realistic emotional reactions to all of it.
