[#46th Post] #Yakisoba - (Stir-fried Japanese buckwheat noodle). This authentic dish literally means stir fried buckwheat noodle. But then, interestingly it was originally derived from the Chinese chow mein. The thing that made me to like this dish is some unique texture and savor come from Japanese buckwheat noodle. Let me show you how to make this wonderful dish. #Ingredients for one serving. 120g Japanese buckwheat noodle 50g thin sliced beef meet 1/4pc red pepper (Julienne roughly) 2pc button mushroom (slice into 1cm thickness) 1stalk green onion (slice thinly into round shape) 1egg(soft fried),1ts sesame seeds,1Tbs vege oil ---For sauce--- 1Tbs oyster sauce, 2Tbs Mentsuyu, 1Tbs sesame oil,1ts honey, (Mix above seasonings all together in advance) #Recipe 1) Blanch the noodle for 5~6 min referring to the recipe on the back of your product that you purchased. 2) Fry the egg into soft-fried egg. 3) Preheat the pan over high flame for 3 min. 4) Add 1Tbs vege oil onto the pan and put meat first. 5) After stir frying the meat slightly, then add all veges except green onion which's going to be used for topping. 6) Put the blanched buckwheat noodle onto it adding sauce together. 7) Stir fry them together quickly. 8) Remove from the heat and finish with sesame oil. 9) Place onto proper plate and sprinkle green onion and sesame seeds for abundant texture. +Notes 1) Use Japanese buckwheat noodle for better flavour. 2) Get the "Mentsuyu" for making sauce. 3) Do not overcook the buckwheat noodle. 4) Stir fry over high heat for short time. 5) Get some scorched side on the surface of the meat, then you would get even deeper flavour on your dish. #Enjoy ! #foodstagram #foods #foodporn #recipes #cook #cooks #dailygram #cookingjourney #cooking #yum #yummy #lifeforlike ##f4f #l4l #homemade #일상 #일상스타그램 #요리스타그램 #레시피 #선팔 하면 #맞팔 100% #mutualfollowers #먹스타그램 #먹방 #맛스타그램 #yakisoba #야끼소바 #야식 #lanightnightsnack (at Toronto, Ontario)
