Mango Tart Recipe
The flavors of juicy pears, sweet pineapples, and zesty citrus fruits infuse this Mediterranean-inspired red wine sangria. It's ideal for sipping on hot summer days or serving at your next outdoor get-together.
Instructions: In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, orange juice, brandy, triple sec, and honey. Stir the honey until it is completely dissolved. Pour in the sliced pear, pineapple chunks, orange slices, lemon slices, and lime slices. To combine, gently stir everything together. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve the sangria over ice, if desired garnished with additional fruit slices.

This Sweet Corn Pizza features a no-rise crust that's easy to prepare, topped with a delightful combination of sweet corn, mozzarella cheese, and colorful veggies. It's a perfect blend of flavors and textures, making it a favorite for pizza night!
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cornmeal. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 cup water. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/2 cup pizza sauce. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels canned or frozen. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper. 1/4 cup sliced red onion. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 475F 245C and place a pizza stone or an inverted baking sheet on the middle rack. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornmeal, salt, and baking powder. Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 2 minutes until smooth. Roll out the dough into a 12-inch 30 cm circle on a piece of parchment paper. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edge. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Evenly distribute the sweet corn, black olives, red bell pepper, and red onion over the cheese. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Transfer the pizza with the parchment paper onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves, dried oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired. Slice and serve your delicious Sweet Corn Pizza with No-Rise Crust!
