every time i see anything about AAC's, or similar, i'm left pining after being allowed to be nonverbal

then i feel guilty cause i CAN make myself talk i CAN do it

but god sometimes its so so hard to just... talk

my ENT appointment is tomorrow, it's time to see if she'll listen about my theory that i have Meniere's Disease

from the different things ive read it all fits, but i'm so "young" that they probably won't want to diagnose it yet

got another appointment with the ENT on Wednesday, we'll see what she says cause nothing is really better, and my hearing is worse lol

there are waffles in the freezer, right

and i'm trying to come up with ways to eat them not plain, cause i love waffles but i dont really like them plain

syrup bad plain waffle bad don't have much else to put on them

so i was like... what if i put chocolate chips on them? and for about an hour of thinking about it, that sounded pretty good!

and then i considered the possible texture

annoyed when i'm hungry, there's full fridge and freezers, there's snacks galore... but none of it is my safe foods and most of it is stuff i either don't like or think i wouldn't, so i can't eat it

quite literally am almost out of bread and butter for toast and i don't get paid till friday, so i sat here and thought "i don't have a clue what i'll eat when i run out"
