Ahoi! I'm Kurt and I started photographs last year's autumn when I bought my first camera. It's an E-M10 from Olympus. It's a system camera, a really good one ;) I study French and Spanish and really enjoy music the whole day. I also do like to play volleyball or beachvolleyball and lots of other stuff.

Dad’s old diapositives #3: The Swamp
This shows the view over a swamp called “Schwarzes Wasser” (black water) close to my hometown. At autumn it’s always a trippy and spooky place to be, reminding me of long autumn sunday walks

Dad’s old diapositives #2: A spinning world without control
Again an old diapositive showing the view from my boyhood room this time from a different angle. It’s again winter in the late 80s or early 90s.
After I went through these old images I was out listening to Blues Pills’ song “Little Sun” when passing the line that now is the picture’s title I had to think of this picture right away, so here you go “... keep on shining/ Though its hard you have to know/ When the dark creeps up behind you/ Is when you really have to glow“
